The item was received as advertised and on time. Smooth and beautiful finish as seen in the photo. I was afraid it would be too thin to make a fan (wedding program), but to my surprise, it is really sturdy! The curves gives it a nice grip.Kudos for shipping as well - it was shipped internationally and it came safe and sound. My wedding is 31-3-12 and I was worried it wouldn't get to Jamaica in time. I received it less that two weeks after placing the order!Only one disappointment, I tried to stain it myself, but the stain didn't take. This doesn't take away from the product however, I just didn't do enough research on staining. Anyway, I used it as is (without the stain) and the programs came out great.I would definitely recommend this product for diy brides making their own programs.

I purchased these sticks to use for our wedding programs. We had an outdoor beach wedding, and I wanted to make sure our guests had a way to cool down if it was hot. The sticks were nice, as opposed to using standard straight sticks. My only complaint is that some of them were slightly warped, and some had imperfections such as notches broken off or very dark grain spots. Otherwise, they were perfect for what I wanted.

I purchased these sticks to make DIY wedding program fans. At least 50% of the sticks (I purchased ~140) were of poor quality, in that the sticks were warped and not flat. This was a problem, since I was putting the stick between 2 pieces of paper. Other than that, they were sturdy enough and didn't have any rough edges.

I received the product in a timely matter but I am disappointed that there was ta few broken sticks in the ziploc bag. They would have had to count these by hand but still they put the broken ones in to make the count.The other parts to the broken sticks were not in there which leaves me to think the packer knowingly did so. Bad move.

I gave the 2 stars instead of 1 because not all of the sticks were warped but over half were. These sticks are half useless because it's no good if they're warped. We use them as popsicle sticks for signs - for this we need to glue 2 of them together so they are durable enough to hold a 9x12 sign. in order to glue 2 together they need to be flat. I returned them to Amazon. The one's they sell at Michael's are not warped.

Product is OK, some sticks (which I use to make hand fans) were slightly bowed, but at this price they should be PERFECT and lots more of them. 100 for $9+ would be a better value....I won't be buying from this supplier again.

Items arrived promptly and were very nicely packaged. However, 8 of the paddles were broken and unusable. I didn't allow for any breakage when I ordered; therefore, I ended up short for my project! Frustrating!

SOME OF THEM WERE BROKEN BUT IN GENERAL GOOD FOR THE PRICE.. MY FANS WERE AWESOME
