Do these work with a standard mixer (not phantom) ?

They don't really mount - they dangle. There is a 25' cable that terminates in an XLR connector.

Is there some kind of stand adapter for this model? Not all places have the chance to hang the mics,our group is always perfoming in different locatio

I know of no stand for the mics they are designed for a permanent mount. If you need to be able to move from location to location you need to look at something like a Professional Dynamic Microphone this will pick up surrounding sounds like the overhead ones will, but you can use a stand with them. I just bought a Pyle PPMIK Professional Dynamic Microphone XLR to 1/4' and it does a good job I can adjust it to the point I can even pick up the people walking up on the stage.

Is the microphone directly "attached" to the cable or is it connected via a connector? We want to change the 25 foot cable out for a 6 foot cable?

The microphone is hard-wired to a cable that is probably about 25 feet long. If you have extra, just carefully coil it up and put a Zip tie on it.
