Love them. Having a selection of colors is really nice to mark different colors of fabric. They mark really well. They are thin and break easily so just be careful with them.

Arrived the next day and in 1 piece. They could break if tossed around or dropped. The colors work well on my fabric and are easy to use.

It does the job of making lines, they are a little fragile and will break with the use of too much pressure.

The 4 piece set is different than the 10 piece set. It seems the 4 piece set is more of a oil based wax chalk and the 10 piece (and I’m assuming the 30 piece as well) acts more like sidewalk chalk. Depending on your use, the 4 piece chalk in my opinion has cleaner marks with not as much of the “chalkiness”. However, it’s much harder to remove from the fabric so I wouldn’t use it for marking anything that will be visible in the final product. I bought the 4 piece because I admittedly lost the 10 piece one and I’m surprised at the difference. They should 100% be listed as different products. The 4 piece also comes with no case and comes in a styrofoam pocket thing. It’s fine for the price but annoying the 4 piece comes caseless. I think most experienced sewists will dislike the 10 and 30 piece quality. Unfortunately I only have the 4 piece to show, but in the video it shows light vs harder pressure of the chalk on a canvas scrap

What I've been looking for in stores for a while but couldn't find. Even before JoAnne's went under they didn't have tailors chalk like this (but the fabric folks knew what I was looking for.) There and other places just had fancy/messy powdered chalk with metal dispensers. I've never met a tailor that used such. These little triangles are what I know and love, and they're a lot less expensive! Some times old, tried, and true solutions beat supposed innovation. This is one of those cases. It works well. It's easy to use. It's relatively inexpensive. It doesn't tie one into a particular companies refills because there's nothing pricey to refill/loose/trash just chalk! These are a little thinner than some, but that means that they'll leave sharp lines. Maybe left lying around they could break more easily, but not a problem so far.

I use the stuff in my quilting. Works quite well. They do break easy after a short time though.

Absolutely perfect! I have used the fabric pens and pencils in the past and they just weren’t working correctly so I figured I would give the chalk a try. I am so glad I did! It is amazing and wipes right off.

Arrived promptly and well packed. Exactly as described. Very convenient variety of colours and in its own little case. I didn't have the same problem as some have stated, as my pieces were all nice and neat, not broken off. However, I can see how they might break during transport, as there is a little foam piece placed inside the case, at the top, to protect them, but makes the fit very tight. Once you receive them, you don't need to foam piece. As long as yours doesn't get badly tossed around on its way to you, they'll be fine. Overall I think this is a good value.

I think these are good for the price. I did break one, but its fully usable. The array of colours is great.
