Ortho Molecular - Methyl CPG - 60 Capsules

My doctor suggested this product to support methylation as I have the MTHFR gene variants from a test I did. I have to say this was a missing ingredient in my vitamin protocol....I love it....I felt so much better after just three days of taking it. I haven't finished the bottle yet and I already ordered more. My doctor told me I wasn't assimilating my B vitamins and my B12 was way up on my blood test. I highly recommend this product.UPDATE: 5/2/16...I've been on it for one year (1 pill in morning) and I'll keep taking it to help me assimilate my B's. As I grow wiser (and after reading several new reviews) I must say we are all individuals, each with our own unique chemistry. So what works for one person may not work for another, the only way to find out is to try it. Our bodies need this supplement, especially us with MTHFR...so do your research and check out other companies as well and trust your instincts. Some reviews are bogus as they get paid to write them...so beware!

I have heterozygous MTHFR mutation and personal and family histories of severe anxiety and depression. This supplement has seriously changed my life. I've been taking it for just over two years and have gradually been able to greatly scale back my anxiety medication. My allergy symptoms have nearly disappeared over time as well, though I'm not 100% sure that's related. Regardless, it's done wonders for me. Of course, talk to your doctor first before taking these or quitting other meds. This supplement worked for me but may not work for everyone!

My Doctor asked me to get this product. I am not sure if its doing anything, and its really pricy... Its for my heart, so I don't feel that I really have a choice. I won't know the results until I go back to my Doctor and get blood drawn again.

Recommended by my health coach and I found it much cheaper on Amazon. No taste or smell associated with these.

my doctor told me, using before and after tests, that this product reduced my cholesterol!I have had no adverse reactions to this compound and feel that it is safe. When I took my wife to our doctor and he said she also tested as having high cholesterol I asked him if it was OK to give her Methyl CpG and he said he recommended it for her condition as well. Her cholesterol also went down after using this. Another 5 STARS!
