Don't Bother
The player started having problems at seven months. Fooled and finished with it for two to three months, it completely died at ten months. Tried contacting seller for warranty and was blown off.for several months, said they didn't get emails.Finally after the year warranty was ended, they answered my email back. By which time I had purchased another, as they are a necessity to my work.They make these players to fail in a year. I have bought one every year for the last four years. They don't stand behind th heir warranty.
