Couldn't be easier. Well done.
No sooner than I opened up the Smart App and reset the plug strip and then the app prompted me to install and configure. Soooo easy.Very well engineered. I wish it had mounting holes in the back for wall mounting.

Game changer!
I work in a salon and this has made my life so much easier! I can turn on my wax before I even get to the salon. Leaving for the day is easier too. Just one switch and everything is turned off

I use to love it. Now I don't.
It worked fantastically. Until it did not work at all anymore. It still works as a power strip just fine. It's just not a SMART power strip anymore because Alexa will NOT connect with the app for it anymore. At all. So, this sucks.

Not compatible with Hydros
It works great, the powerstrip model will connect to hydros but lose connection right after, I assume this model is slightly different from the surge protector model which aparently does work on hydros. No complaints about it other than it seems a little strange that on power off there is a sound akin to a fan scraping something. It is a cheap but sturdy plastic, cord is thick, a little more bendable than most cables for that size but it's a nice enough quality, especially for the price. The relays are louder, but I almost take that as a sign that they did not go with bottom of the barely quality.Connects with lots of apps, I connected mine to Tuya as I ha e popbloom lights on it already. Is very low latency on response compared to my experience with other cheap smart plugs, but that is not really a con to me, just surprised that the off speed is so fast when you hit it manually.I would say if there was a way to get PH and temp probe data into tuya, this is more than enough quality to select for aquarium automation. Was also one of the quickers 2.4ghz only things to ever connect on my mesh network, app detected it instantly when putting the strip in pair mode.

Installed in my guest bathroom
I have a very bare bones guest bath - just enough room to turn around, really, but I took out the ugly old, chipped-back mirror (y'know, where the silver chips off and the mirror is nothing more than glass) and replaced it with a really cool LED lighted mirror. The kind with an LED strip about an inch inside the outer edge of the mirror plus it has RGB backlighting which is way cool! The issue is that this bathroom has one outlet/two plugs and that was it. The LED mirror did not have to be hardwired (it could be), but had the option of being plugged in. One plug gone. So...I added this smart power strip, using velcro to hold it on the wall and now I have not just more plug-ins, but USB ports. A quick and easy way to update the bathroom's only power source to make it useful for guests needing a place to recharge their cell phone when staying over or using a power toothbrush that uses a USB cable for power. This power strip was easy to add to Alexa and make it voice compatible. Definitely a great way to update any outlet in your house for smart capability for multiple items.

Convenient way to add smart items to your network
I got this unit for my son's room, so that he could control the lights and small electronics to our smart hub. It's a convenient way to add four standard plugin items to the network to tun on and off and it's nice to also have four USB plugs, though they are not what could be called "fast charging". Setup was quite simple and intuitive to connect to the Amazon Alexa and easily control the unit with the Smart Life mobile app.Be aware that the cord is just shy of 5 feet long, so keep that in mind when deciding on placement and eash of reach. We like to think of it as a power strip with bonus features and we're quite happy with it. Would definitely buy another.

Incredibly useful and easy to configure
This is practically plug and play. Step 1: Plug smart strip into wall and then plug in your lamps or devices that you want to control. Step 2: You can configure with the SmartLife app then just use the Alexa app to customize that- if you are already using it. That's what I use to control all my devices. Alexa has no problems at all recognizing it. From there you can make schedules or phrases to control the whole strip or individual plugs. I love this and how automated my home is becoming. Here’s a tip: Do not go straight to your Alexa app and add this device under the brand name of this power strip, it will give you a security warning. Use Smart Life (app) and then if you want to use Alexa add the device under Smart Life!
