Non-stick, Easy to clean
Updated review: I wanted to update this review since I have used this dish for 5 years now. It is still amazing. We cook everything from sausages to rice inside and food still doesn't stick, and it still the easiest dish to clean. I'm getting another one for my mother-in-law. Original review: Great casserole dish! I only needed a casserole dish, mostly for frying purposes, but I want to figure out how to buy more from this set to replace some of my old pans. Also, I know it shouldn't be about looks, but this dish is also just so beautiful!

Excellent item
Really pleased with this item. Very well made, easy to clean and the quality is excellent. The fact you can use it on the hob as well as the oven is an added bonus. Just need to be aware that even using it on the hob the handles do get very hot but this is stated in the leaflet that comes with it. I really like it and would definitely recommend.
