Perfect to cool off in
I've had the pool for a week now it's holding up pretty good so far no leaks or tears. With 2 kids (9 &16)and myself we have enough room to swim and relax in. It's holding up when the kids have friends over and rough play so the pool has a pretty strong liner. The filter is my only complaint it's too small and doesn't seem powerful enough but it does the job.

Not 12 x 3 feet
Temporary pond water storage so we can service the pond. We did not test the durability with a bunch of paying children, just temporarily holding water for a couple hours. The size rating is misleading. I belive it indicates 12x3 feet. However the pool is not cylindrical shaped, but cone shaped such that the bottom of the cone measures 11 feet 7 inches. The interior diameter at the inflatable edge is only 9.5 feet. Depth to the full line printed in the inflatable edge is only at 25 inches, 30 to top of inflatable edge. So the company clearly rounded these figures up quite a bit. In the current state it will not hold the 2500 gallons of a 12x3 pool, rather it only holds 1200 gallons. Which of course means I was not able to put enough water into the pool to drain the pond low enough to perform the pond service. We did not test pump filter. For the rare shopper using this for pond service purposes, it holds water. No leaks. Only holds 1200 gallons.

This product is a piece of junk
Bought set up have lost my water twice was only up a month. I am the only one that uses. Took security camera thinking maybe animal not at all. Definitely no hole in rim. Stayed up all night literally had to add air every couple hours. The only thing it could be is a defective ring during day rim is fine at night needs air I live in pa temperature changes. On phone with them an hour and a half all kinds of excuses even because I didn’t use an electric pump. Said there is a warranty but I can use because I don’t know how to find the receipt on Amazon’s I sent them pictures that gives order number amount that it was paid for my address told them I never get a receipt all I get is an email saying it was delivered. Said had one like it before I bought this same kind never lost air when temperature changed so to me that would mean there is something wrong with this one. It’s not like someone wants a new one so they can keep adding water I have a well it cost me money between running pump and hopefully not drawing my well. Fill sorry for the people on phone they only work for them and can only do what they are told to bad the higher up don’t have the ——— to get on the phone. Would definitely not recommend this company

Only 9’ useable circumference but very sturdy
First off: the total circumference of the top ring is NOT 12’. It’s 9’ (I measured). The 12’ is the total footprint. Def good info to have but don’t think you’re getting a pool with 12’ usable space, a lot of taken up to help stabilize the pool at the bottom. Also the pump that came with it was totally broken. Not inadequate, broken. I had already read up enough on these inexpensive pools to know I’d likely need to buy a better pump so I had already planned on that. I was lucky enough to do it early in the season and got one that was good for a pool twice the size for $50. Later in the summer that same pump was selling for $250.Overall, this was a good first attempt at an above ground pool. I am recycling the vinyl (we will upgrade next year) because it IS very thick and sturdy. No fear of puncturing this pool and having a huge gash. At most a puncture would not spread if addressed within a few hours. This is very strong vinyl. My two complaints were the broken pump and the fact that really only 9’ is useable. My 6 and 3 year old had fun but it was too small for myself or my 10 year old to join them and have any room to play.Planning to get a 15’ steel frame for 2021!

reasonable size and price for family summer backyard cooling off
We previously had a small 8ft intex pool that died after several years of use, but with covid could not find a replacement last year. This year we invested in getting a bigger size pool, but not too big that it wouldn't fit on our patio for our growing 5 kids ages 8 - 18. This so far fits the bill. Took a while to fill but setup wasn't bad. We bought new puzzle exercise mats to fit the area under the pool and a bit extra as our old worn out black ones were not enough and falling apart. This provided a cushion between liner and brick patio. I ended up getting a pool ladder but could not find a reasonable priced 36 inch one to save my life. I ended up purchasing a 48 inch one and just did not install top step. Works great for 8 year old and others for ease of getting in and out. The top ring occasionally needs to be refilled a bit with air, but chalk this up to changes in temperature affecting pressure and it being new so may stretch out a bit more. I could only originally find a 12ft cover from intex which is way big for this pool. I realized it is because the pool is 12 ft at bottom but then slopes in a bit so it is really more like 11ft at top maybe. Not really a problem but good to be aware of. Believe me going from a tiny 8ft to this size is like heaven for my kids. Looking forward to a summer of fun and hope it last a few more seasons.

The pump is crap.
It’s a nice pool, filled up it’s not the 36 inches it claims. The pump which came with it is absolute crap. It’s an outdoor pool and pump but if it rains the plug will fill with water and quit working. Once you dry it out it will work again until the black plug gets too hot then it quits again. So unless you’re putting the pump in a waterproof sun proof pump house find something that reliable.

Not worth the money
Pump died after a month and right from set up the top ring wouldn’t stay inflated. Have to pump it up several times a day and looked for a puncture and can’t find anything. Save your money and buy a pool from the store
