it is one of the worst I have used. it cant go over rugs, and I have very thin ones, it cant go down or up a 1/2 inch step. but I guess for the price I got what I paid for, I hope I can got a year out of it

This product is absolutely terrible. Does not pick up anything just spreads dirt and dog hair everywhere! And very confusing miss spelled instructions. I thought it would at least pick up dog hair for the price.

POS. Didn't last a month and never worked very well.
