Tea Time Upgrade
This glass tea cup with infuser has become a daily favorite for my afternoon tea. It’s the perfect size for a single serving, and the infuser makes brewing loose leaf tea so simple, no need for extra gadgets or cleanup. I love the clear glass design, it’s beautiful to watch the tea steep, and the lid keeps it warm just long enough. It is made of glass, so I handle it with a little extra care, but it doesn’t feel flimsy or overly delicate. As long as you’re not rough with it, it holds up great. Cleaning is a breeze, both the cup and infuser rinse out easily, and I’ve even put it in the top rack of the dishwasher with no issues.Overall, it’s stylish, functional, and adds a little peace to my day. Highly recommend for any tea lover!

Great tea mug!
I love this glass mug. The glass is very nice and feels of good quality. The thickness is good. The size is good. There is a slight indentation on the bottom, but otherwise is flat, which makes it excellent for mug warmers/hot plates. The strainer and lid are honestly just a bonus to me, and I bought a second one of these just for the mug itself. For the lid and strainer: I will say the lid is nice to have, and the strainer works well with larger leaves. It does not work well with finer teas. I can also tell it's delicate, so be careful when handling it.The only criticisms I have are small ones. If one wanted to make it PERFECT in my eyes, the base would be completely flat without the small indent, and it would be ever so slightly larger. Maybe 19 or 20 ounces, without changing the design much (going wider rather than taller to add a couple extra ounces). If there was a way to make the strainer able to handle finer teas that would be great too. But again, very small criticisms. That's basically all I have to say with this one. These are great mugs and I've already enjoyed many many cups of tea with them!

Nice Dainty, elegant tea times. Hot and Soothing
Love this dainty lil thing. Only problem is like what others said the inside glass is very frugal and light so if you're heavy handed it can easily break. Also it doesn't have a guard which annoys me....It should be fixed so that the substance that's inside steeping it doesn't float to the top.* One more small annoyance, if you fill up the glass too much it can appear to over flow (it doesn't) when you take it out*But I would recommend it just to have and use on occasion. If I broke or lost mine (I think I did) I might buy another one, or one exactly like it that has a damn steep guard!

Very nice sturdy glass for hot drinks. With nice top and strainer.
Very nice glass for my hot coffees and teas. Smaller tea leaves do go into the main glass but I don't mind this.. they usually sink to the bottom. I saw some say it is thin glass but I bought this one because I had knocked my last glass the same thickness as this orr the table ( like tenth time) and it broke. I had that glass for 7 years. So I am sure this one will last as long. I actually like it has a wider bottom so it won't knock over as easy. I actually bought this with a best dad on it which I was a single mom so I was a best mom and dad..lol but I was afraid to out it in the microwave like that so I removed it. Oh this was on a really great sale for fathers day I guess that's why I bought it. I really like it though.

Love the look of it just not as functional for me
I liked the shape and the esthetic of it. The slits that it has got the tea are too big for the tea I use so that’s a bummer. It did get hot on the handle as well. The size for the tea capacity was good enough for a full cup. The quality is good just the thinness of the glass did scare me a bit.

Yes. Get it.
I’m in love with this cup. It’s effective and easy to use. I do use an additional strainer with my peppermint tea as peppermint tea is really small and some of the leaves make it through. However, this cup is awesome. Easy to use. Easy to clean.

Maybe buy one for me
The mug is a gift. Hope she likes it. The mug is simple and unique. I'm thinking about buying one myself. I do like size for one person and don't have to waste ingredients to make tea.

Beautiful, I love this mug -- not perfect but the best I've found
I love this mug. I love to watch the tea leaves unfold and dance in the cup, which is impossible to see with a stainless steel infuser. My co-workers laugh every time I get another Amazon package with a tea mug inside in my quest for the perfect tea drinking experience. I think this was my last delivery, for this cup is close to perfect for me. Pros and Cons below.Pros:• Lovely graceful shape, it is so lovely to look at and to drink from.• The glass is thicker than some without being clunky or heavy. It doesn't feel at all delicate, although I suspect that a sharp knock against a hard surface would shatter it.• It is flat-bottomed and not double-walled. Both are important to me so it works well with my cup warmer. This does work well on the cup warmer.• Glass infuser is pretty good and so far has not allowed any tea leaves to escape. However, I've only used it with some "blooming" teas which are tied, so not many loose leaves floating around to escape. This was a problem with a different glass infuser I tried.• Cup handle is comfortable and does not get hot.• The lid is dome-shaped so I doubted it could be used as a "saucer" to hold the infuser when lifted out of the tea. But it is well-designed, so that dome has a flat "dimple" at the top which allows the upturned lid to sit flat. The lid is also deeper than many lids that are supposed to function to catch drippings from infusers. I have had some overflow, but this one is deep enough to allow for a substantial amount of drip.Cons: These are the reasons for only 4 stars -- otherwise it is a 5 star for me.• Lid does get fairly hot while the tea is steeping, so to take it off to add honey or to use the lid as a saucer for the infuser, I had to grab a tea towel to hold the edges. Would be nice if there was a silicone band or something around the outer circumference of the lid to protect fingers from getting burned.• Likewise, the edges of the glass infuser itself get pretty hot, so I used the tea towel to lift that, too.Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. I would definitely purchase again if it were to get broken or as a gift.
