1 portion size: 1/4 cup (or 4 Table spoons) mix with 5 teaspoons of water.We had to make it twice. :)With small Dash Mini Pizzelle Maker, we made two pizzelle with one portion size (1/4 cup mix).My daughter loved it. I think it was not too sweet and had good flavors. I am glad that I ordered 2 bags.

great product, great deal
I bought the 1 5lb box from another company at first because I wasn't sure I'd like it, but after making my first waffle cones and tasting it, I will never buy premade waffle cones from the store ever again! This mix makes the best waffle cones I ever tasted, and the price for 2 5lb boxes is terrific!!

Worth buying
Excellent after the proportions are figured for home use. A bit hit or miss. The flavor and resulting structure and crispness is much better than the homemade recipe that came with the Cucina iron( which is not hot enough by the way. ) and I am not a junk food eater, prefer homemade typically. I’m glad I splurged for the big box of this mix and it will keep well in the freezer much like flour will

Close expiration date
Received pkg of mix. The expiration date was almost up. I ened up throwing the unused portion out.

Great taste but amazon only sent 1 bag!
This mix tastes great! I added a bit of vanilla bean paste to make it even more tasty! I was however very disappointed when I paid for and purchased 2 5 pound boxes of mix as advertised and I only recieved one 5 pound box. I did call amazon & they did help to resolve this issue. However buyer be aware you should be getting 2 5 pound boxes NOT ONE.

Quantity Not As Advertised
To be fair this is actually very good waffle cone mix, but it is not worth the price. There are others available for a better price.I felt this was knowingly misrepresented. The ad I purchased from stated 1 box, 2 10lb bags, it is actually 2 2,5lb bags. NOT A GOOD DEAL.

Great product, tastes great, the directions produce too thick of badder, we added more water, worked great.

Great Mix, Works Exactly As Expected
Look no further, don't bother making it from scratch. Add a dash of cinnamon or something if you want to feel fancy ... but this is the standard. Just remember that it's a whole box ... that makes about 100 cones ... and it's hard to eat 100 waffle cones as fast as you think you are going to.
