Look great on my Galaxy Watch7
About six months ago I treated myself with a new Galaxy Watch7, which I like quite a lot. Having had it with only the watch band it shipped with, about a month ago I decided to start finding some new watch bands to wear with it. I have tried a few different things out, with varying degrees of success. The most successful have been the hemsut 20mm leather bands, so I am leaving this review for others who may be considering the purchase. The first thing that drew my attention is the plain leather strap style. Most of the others that I see among the offerings on Amazon and elsewhere have a face layer with through-stitching and/or padding between a softer leather that goes against the skin. Those bands are nice enough, but they seem a bit fussy to my eyes, so the plain look of the hemsut bands offers a nice alternative: simple, nice colors, easy to match to other bits of clothing (shoes, belts, etc). The bottom line is that I think these bands deliver everything that I had hoped, and more. Out of the box they look exactly as pictured, and even better, the quality of the leather is great. They are a nice compromise between being--on the one hand--soft and plaible while also--on the other--having a reassuring thickness that makes me think they are plenty tough. The spring-bars they ship with work nicely, and if you're used to handling these very small things you will have no problem here. However, I can imagine that if you have difficulty manipulating very small items with your finger tips they might prove difficult for you.So the price point is a little higher than many of the cheaper leather bands that are available, but I'd say it's worth it. I have two different hemsut bands (brown and black/red) and they are now my preferred options for when I want to go out for the day with a dressy-casual look, like when I will be spending the day in the office. I have only had them for a month or so, so I can't speak to their durability, but I plan to return in six months or so and add that information to this review.

A GREAT option for a less bulky look and feel
Personally, I have a long history of being reactive to certain metals in belts, watches, etc. Even the metal wrist band on something somewhat expensive like my Galaxy SmartWatch was an issue after being worn for a few days. This is what prompted me to try out a different watch band, and this was the perfect solution. It looks great, moderately high quality (despite the leather being a bit stiff, that'll sort itself over time), super easy to install (you just push the spring-loaded pin underneath, slide out the old band, and repeat the same step installing the new band, and adjust to fit as needed. I'm supper happy with this, great value for the money!

Buy With Confidence
Soft but sturdy. No 'wrist in a vice' sensation. Obviously well-made. This isn't made out of that bonded 'leather & glue sandwich' crap, it's a solid strap of good tough Horween leather. Stitching is tight, plenty of thread used. The thread is more of an ivory than white in color, which really helps with the 'vintage' vibe. It's a pin buckle, but I didn't take off anything for that because it looks like a good one. This black one looks great on the Murph 38 that I got it for, but just out of curiosity I put it on my 'Tom Rice' A-11... aaand now I've got another black one coming for my A-11. Really makes the dial & hands 'pop'. Got a brown one coming, too, because these are obviously very good. Definitely worth the money. I can certainly recommend for a 'field' style watch, particularly the two I mentioned.EDIT:Forgot to mention that the spring bar tool they include looks to be well-made. Obviously you won't need it to install this strap, but you might need it to remove your existing bars if they're not QR bars. Mine also came with a spare keeper & a spare QR spring bar, which was a nice touch.

Decent quality good looking strap
The media could not be loaded. It's a decent strap for the money; I don't give it a 5 star review because the end of the strap is a bit flimsy (take a look at pictures). When you get the strap through the free loops, it's a bit tricky to get in since it's not stiff. On a positive note, feels great on the wrist.Makes my Seiko alpinist look great!

Hemset watch band is terrific!
I wish I'd seen this first. Now, I know. The original watch band is perfect for my Garmin Instinct 2 S which is hard to find in the right length. Ease of change was perfect, & it held up well for the time that I have had it, despite it's getting wet. It's super-soft, & flexible the longer you wear it. I keep mine on 24/7 because I suffer from health issues. Now, I think I need the olive one!

Excellent. Simple rugged leather
Just what I was looking for! Some real rustic leather. Not over dyed or laminated or fake feeling with something that’s going to peel off. Just good leather that wears wellHere’s what it looks like wearing it non stop for 3 weeks.

Most comfortable leather strap I have ever found
Awesome looking strap! It is very comfortable and is not stiff like a lot of the leather straps I have tried. I really like the way it has a ‘aged’ kind of appearance already. I have it on my seiko speedtimer and I think it is such a clean look! I have around a 6.5” wrist and I wear it on the last adjustment hole, so if your wrist is smaller than mine it may be too big for you, but I lucked out and it fits perfectly.

Quality leather band, with a few quirks.
This is a higher quality item than expected. The color quickly becomes slightly darker than the image shown, however the inside of the band seems to show that it is of relatively high quality leather. Not too stiff or soft. One note; the pins they provide to attach and lock the band to the watch face are shorter in length than the OEM ones from my match manufacturer (Garmin - Venu). This improves ease of change, but may make it too easy. Thus, I have already had one instance of the watchband becoming detached on one side. Luckily I noticed prior to it falling off my writst. Overall a good product. Time will tell how well it holds up to regular use and necessary cleaning.
