Balsam Hill9ft Unlit Berkshire Mountain Fir Artificial Christmas Tree

It's a beautiful tree & the customer service at Balsam Hill is terrific. When we packed up the tree in the large storage bag that comes with it & tried to pick it up, the handles immediately tore off.I called Balsam Hill & they are shipping out a replacement right away.Good, old fashioned American customer service.

Perfect tree for our living room. First time assembly took longer than anticipated. Instructions clear, came with two sets of gloves. Tree was a little smaller than expected (width wise), however once lit and decorated it looks great. Decent value. Overall satisfied and would recommend.

This tree is beautiful and easily put together. The three parts snap together to enable one cord to light the entire tree. I love the foot pedal that turns the lights on and off. Very well made and great shape. I highly recommend.

Fairly easy for one person to put together. You simply have to have the patience to “fluff”! Overall, this narrower tree fits perfectly in my small home. I love it!!

Super easy to assemble, fluffing gloves made an easy job of setting branches, quality-made and no mess. Looks very natural and beautiful!
