Pole Dancing DVD - A Beginners Guide to being the best

This product is trash. This was either made in the 80s or it’s a really bad bootleg. The dvd container was broken in the corner when I opened it. The girls on the video aren’t even that good. Do not waste your money on this

still working onthe moves for this its good for flexibility!

I purchased this dvd with the intentions of learning pole tricks. The video was a disappoint ment because it is really outdated and the pole instructionals aren't very clear. The video just wasn't appealing and it was boring. I plan on reselling.

This video is a great beginners guide to pole dancing. It is set up in a way that allows you to see the move slow and faster. The moves are broken down for you and there is space for pausing the dvd for practice. Great workout and a lot of fun!

I'm actually thinking about sending this Dvd back. Its not great for beginners. Honestly its not even good. It look like a bootleg Dvd.

The box was damaged and th DVD was scratched

IT DOESN'T REALLY SHOW MUCH IN THE WAY OF PREPARING HOW TO USE AS AN EXCERISE POLE VIDEO FOR BEGINNERS

I was really disappointed with this DVD as it was like a homemade video just like video footage that is already on Youtube for free. There is no menu so you can't navigate through the DVD skipping to different sections or moves and there is no structure or order of moves starting with easy ones first and progressing in difficulty. The DVD sleeve on on body print is also really cheap and nasty. I would not recommend this DVD.

dont show enough of the safer moves, spend more time on the dvd messing about
