Took awhile to receive as it shipped from China. However, it turned out nicely and is a good size for the price. Would recommend!

I purchased 2 of these, with different pictures, and they came out wonderfully. Having a clear picture is very important! The only thing that I would change, if I could, is to have an insert that contained the filling & then the image layer would be a cover. The material is super soft and these have been a wonderful way to remember our beloved kitty.

I am only giving 4 stars, instead of 5,because the shadowing is blue. Otherwise, this pillow is amazing! The size is great. It's soft. Very nice quality. Delivered quicker than estimated!

i ordered two of these for my dog that has recently crossed the rainbow bridge. it hit my kids pretty hard and my oldest son asked me to get a picture to fall asleep with each night. thought i would do him one better and get him a picture he can also hug! they were so happy but also a bitter sweet moment. the image came out beautifully. and the pillow is soft and comfy! i would recommend!

I bought this pillow for my 8 year old foster son, he was having a bad day awhile back & wished he had a plushie that looked just like my little dog (whom he loves very much) that he could hug when he was feeling sad, unfortunately that option is a little out of my price range, so I compromised & bought him the 20” pillow, he absolutely loves it, he has been carrying it around with him everywhere he goes since I surprised him with it yesterday. 😄 I ordered it 6/27/23 & received it 7/12/23,, so it did take awhile, but it did arrived before the last expected delivery timeframe, also it clearly states a delivery timeframe on the product page. The pillow is very soft & hugable. There is a zipper on the bottom of the pillow so if need be you can take out the fiber-fill & wash the outer case. The picture quality is also very nice. I’m glad I had a good quality photo to upload,, I’m sure that made a big difference in the quality of the picture on my pillow. They also did a very good job of tightly packing my pillow, as I couldn’t tell how big & fluffy it was until I removed all of the clear packing tape & cut open the vacuum sealed plastic bag containing my pillow.I totally recommend this product 🥰
