Dangerous, do not buy! Not what is advertised
WHAT YOU GET IS NOT WHAT THEY SAY IT IS. I had my propane company over to install this. They refused to install it because it was, and I quote, "The most dangerous fire place they had ever seen" and "it had no safeties in place". I was told if I lit this in my house (mind you it is advertised as indoor, non-vented) my home would most likely explode or we would die in our sleep from fire or asphyxiation. Furthermore, there was NO INSTRUCTIONS. Not even a manual....This kind of product is why I am hesitant to buy eCommerce items.....

Easy to use and install
Works great and simplifies my life. Starts a wood fire easily and very easy to install.

gas flow seems to be pretty good.
Replaced pan in existing fireplace that had been abused. Fits well, gas flow seems to be pretty good.
