I don't think so. Can't see how it would fit.

Is the 318KG weight limit only for 2 people laying on the bed or will it take this weight from a single person?

Mine’s king size 5′ x 6′6″ (150cm x 200cm)

Does the mattress slide off the frame as there is no foot board?

The slats on one half of the base have a sticky strip which when you peel off the covering will hold the mattress in place. Mine hasn't budged. Without these strips to hold it I don't know if a mattress would slip. Depends on the size and weight of the mattress perhaps.
