Great phone for anyone who finds themselves dropping it constantly
Great phone for anyone who finds themselves dropping it constantly, I tried throwing it off my second story balcony just to see if it was really "Rugged" and there's not a scratch on it, still works great. Way better than buying a new iPhone screen every month, just get an iPad to use for your email and web browsing, because the web features on this phone are from the 90's. Even with that, I would recommend this phone to anyone.

Bad luck with 2
Purchased for AT&T usage since designated as an AT&T phone. The screen would not light up on the first one delivered. Returned/refunded without incident. Second one purchased and delivered did activate, but would not accept/send any texts to any iPhone.

very tough
very very very well product....all works good, only have one problem, i needed to unlock the device....i need paid $30, but all works good, the torch are very powerfull ant the xpand speaker than i purchased is very loud....only problems with the java aplications( don't have sonim store apps)

love at first sight
I liked everything about the looks of this phone-appearance, weight in your hand-sturdiness.It just made me smile.I did not know you had to be rugged ,whiskeredand tech savvy to get it going without directions for this particular one. So I nevergot it working to tell you more. I am 75 and out of my depth but the choice was "love".Good luck to those that know more.

Gets hot, doesn't work.
After two months it quit charging, and would just get hot when you plugged it in.

Good sound quality
A brick. Good sound quality, works with AT&T & has some unique features, like indestructability. In the end I grew tired of its bulky feel in my pocket. Anyone want to buy it from me?
