I ordered this product on recommendation from a friend and have just started to use it yesterday. Looking forward to good results.

The capsules are easy to swallow with sips of water. I have noticed a big improvement in my finger nails which previously would split and break. I started taking one capsule daily which still seemed to help with the condition of my nails. I am hoping that my joints will benefit with the increase to recommended dosage. To date, I am quite pleased with results and will contact taking.

This is such a great hormone to take for ladies who are 40 onwards. When you get older you lack collagen as well as oestrogen. This supplement replace that. I found that my hair, skin nails and health are better, especially my hair, which after getting thinner is restoring to it's natural length and thickness. I only wish I knew this before. I would recommend collagen to all those ladies who have skin and hair problems, it's not expensive and really works.

Only just started taking these but can see nails stronger , I have cut it down to 1-2 a day to save will work out in the long run won’t it !

I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now. I struggle to remember to take 3 a day but I manage 2 most days. When I entered Perimenopause my hair fell out a lot more and became thinner. My nails also became very brittle and broke all the time. These capsules have definitely helped, my hair looks and feels thicker and my nails seem stronger and don’t break as easily. I will keep taking them.

Been taking it for 5 months now and definitely see an improvement on my hair. If I benefit from it not sure but compared to others in the same category is good value.

Do not know if they work yet it will take 30 days to to see if they have any affect.

On my 3rd bottle not noticed any real improvement with my hair or nails
