This was a great product, and then a paper weight. Short story is it stopped working and I have received no help from the seller. We had this since December last year (so about 6 months) and it worked great until a few days ago when it would show that it had a full charge, but would not charge any device we owned. No idea what the problem could be.I submitted for a return, and according to an email I received, I had a message from the seller. But, there's no message in my Amazon account message box from that seller. Looks like shenanigans but I'm hoping the seller will contact me after seeing my disdain here. Sooooooo, buyer beware.

This portable charger is great for on-the-go cell phone charging. This battery pack quickly charges my iPhone 6s-plus and also charges while the phone is in use (unlike some batteries that only charge while the phone is idle). This battery has a built-in usb charging cable so you just plug the battery into a usb-to-plug (not included) adapter and it charges up quite quickly. A full charge can recharge a mostly drained iPhone 2-3 times in my experience.

I have multiple portable battery bank chargers. Some very large that can charge 4 phones at once, some very compact for a single charge.Hands down, the best charger I own is this little one.It is a true rapid charge at a solid 2.4 output. The proof is in the charge. I charge my phone twice as fast with this charger than any other one I own that also displays a 2.4 output.It takes about a whole year of using it everyday (Full Charge, to Full Depletion daily) to finally begin to see some where on the battery charge. I love this thing and have ordered another.

I got this because I needed a power bank that was already charged.It has done well in terms of holding charge in storage,but I noted that when a device is fully charged, it will continue to draw,depleting the power bank overnight. But that's probably a device thing.However, the attached charging cable plug fell apart, rendering it useless,since there is no other way to charge it. Meh.

I bought this portable charger for my daughter so she wouldn’t run out of battery during the school day and into her volleyball practice and my husband so he would run out of battery during business trips. They both agree that this charger is fantastic. The battery life is long lasting and it charges your iPhone quickly.

I like this product but I have bought it 3 times. Reason: You have to be extremely careful with the plug when charging it because it snap off the protective shield, which can't be put back on. However, the charge life is excellent

This is one of my favorite products only reason I bought it with my other one broke. I had my last one for several years it was amazing if they worked wonderfully I’m in town size of it is the thing that you put in to charge it sometimes breaks if you’re not careful.

I live in an area where we get lots of storms in the Spring and the occasional long term power outage. I bought one of these for myself last year and just ordered one for my sister. It at least allows us to keep our cell phones charged so we can stay connected and have a phone in an emergency. I don't get to go anywhere, but I would imagine this would be a handy thing to have on the road.
