Neck stretcher!
I get terrible pain in my cervical spine sitting at a computer all day, even with proper ergonomics. This helps relieve some of the tension, like dangling upside-down but without the head rush. After a few minutes of it on, if I move around a bit I feel some mini neck cracks, so it's a win there. I like the squeeze mechanism that blows it up...easy to blow up or release the air. Definitely don't wear it more than 15 minutes at a time...gets uncomfortable in the chin/cheeks/jaw after that long anyway and likely cuts off some circulation! (Side note: definitely can't eat with it on!)

Possibly the greatest thing that I've thrown money away on. 10 minutes a few times a day & so far my daily headaches have ceased. I'm exceedingly happy to have made this purchase.

Relieves neck pain
I had a pinched nerve in my neck. It eventually went away. I have no idea if this thing actually helped treat the pain, but I do know it relieved it while I was wearing it and for awhile after, too. If you have ever hung your neck upside down off your bed or asked someone to tug on your neck while you were laying down, this is exactly the same relief but way better and more sustained.I will admit that having it on can be a little scary feeling. It can press on your neck enough if you have it on too tight that you will have suboptimal blood flow to your head, but if you don't have it on tight enough the pain relief is diminished somewhat. If you do find that sweet spot, though, you can sit for a good 15 minutes or more (follow the directions it comes with) without any pain at all and just watch a show or video or something. If you have had neck pain like this you are probably craving that kind of relief. This thing is cheap and it will give you some time in your day where your neck doesn't hurt really bad. Go on and buy it. Just make sure you're doing stretches and/or generally following the advice of your doctor, don't just think wearing this thing daily is treatment for your problem.

Pretty Nice
I definitely found this helpful while working today. My neck is slightly curving forward instead of backward right now, so I'm trying to work on not bending my head down so much while I work. I figured this would be a good tool to train myself to keep my head up while I work. It's pretty nice, but I would like the inside shape to be a little more curved backwards instead of just straight up so the neck can be held (or trained ;)) into the correct posture for your neck. It did still help keep me from looking down, though, so I'd still recommend it. I'm looking forward to seeing how it does if you try falling asleep in a vehicle with it on ;P Review to be updated after I've tried that.

I wish I knew about this before
I wish my doctor had prescribed this device before my spinal injection. This product takes the pressure off your neck, helping with the pain.

BAD NECK? VERTIGO SUFFERER? STARE AT A SCREEN ALL DAY FOR WORK? this is for you my friend!
I was born with a curve in my neck (curves like a hump rather than the normal way). I often get told by countless chiropractors that I have one of the worst necks they've seen. While I'm not saying to stop seeing your chiropractor (cause you should TOTALLY continue seeing your chiro if he's affordable and you're finding relief), but this little contraption is the reason I stopped going to a chiro-physical therapist that cost me $385/mo to see twice a week! Here's what you need to know: in order for this device to truly offer assistance-you need to use it A LOT (I do it every other day after work for 25 min). After a few weeks, my posture improved and my vertigo symptoms have been kept at bay. They only funny thing I've noticed is that my neck cracks way more than it used to so I'm taking that as a great sign that things are moving along well.

HORRID
This seemed like a good idea. I travel for work and always have a sore neck from airplanes, computers and life. I typically travel with a foam C-collar that works great from sleeping on a plane/train. I though this would help by providing traction for 10-15 mins at the end of the day......NOT!This chokes before it tractions. I have a 16.5” neck and my wife’s is 14.5”; this chokes both of us and/or presses again the arteries. We tried this with straps forward, as directed: 360-degree choke. Then, Loosened the straps to breathe and it pushes our head way too forward until we got light headed from side pressure on our arteries. We even tried reversing it with straps to the rear (why not, right?) this just push our chins way up with the same above results with zero support or traction. We wasted our money, don’t buy this POS.PS: 4-Sale, cheap, velvety, useless, neck inflatable. $29.95, free ship NO returns. *call me!

I wish i had ordered this months ago!
I've been dealing with very bad neck/shoulder pain for a year, suffering with a bulging disc in my cervical spine. The chiropractor I just began going to started using a traction device on me in the office, and I asked him if he recommended getting one that I could use at home, and he said yes. So after looking at the reviews for identical products, I picked this one. I'm very satisfied! It's easy to inflate, comfortable on my jaw and holds the air for at least 1/2 hour. You shouldn't wear it longer than that. I've noticed a slight improvement after a week, and hope it continues.
