Sophia and Nikos win a plot of land as a prize in a television quiz show. The children set out with their grandfather to visit the new property, which is 2,000 kilometres away. In the meantime, their father makes plans to sell the family home as he is convinced that they can make a fortune from the new property. When a local farmer offers to buy all of the trees on the land, Sophia and Nikos refuse the offer, as they want their land left alone. The auction of their home is, however, still going ahead and the children and their grandfather are determined to prevent this.
