I took a risk and got it despite bad reviews and was very impressed

Been lashi by for over 5 years and was debating on purchasing this for a while now. Pillow is great, I love the added neck area rises to head. The plastic piece is very convenient and helps with easy access to product and such. Only reason I gave 4 star’s is because I wish there was a way to make the plastic piece more stable onto the pillow.

I purchased this pillow excited to use it but when I received it the pillow came with red stains on the back. Not sure it if was juice or blood. I was very disappointed. I want to order again in hopes that the one I received was just a bad return from another customer. Not sure if i want to take That risk.
