I see it as another tool
I work in telecom, and this is the first official boot that the job desired that I've purchased. It came highly recommended on par with the Red Wings for a fraction of the price. Waited a few weeks before rating to put it through its paces in order to give a decent review (so, side note seller: relax with the follow up emails two seconds after I place the order asking how you did. This age of everyone needing instant feedback for everything almost fringes upon irritating. I get it, but then I don't. But, I digress.) I got to trek through the best environmental test that could be given; the snow. The Midwest got hit hard this year, and my feet stayed dry and reasonably warm. Broke in nicely, and now feel as if they were custom made for my feet. I'm confident that they'll last a while, but I'm coming back to this vendor if and when it's time for a new set. Fast shipping, thought I was going to get it way after Christmas as it stated.

be warned these run on the large side
Ive worn 11.5 boots since highschool (07) and these boots are super comfy and really tough. I like them for keeping my feet dry and not suffocating my feet. Im on my feet all day and need a comfy pair of boots that I wont hate. But be warned these things run .5 larger. so id suggest getting a half smaller than what you usually wear. and also these arent steel toe which is what is advertised on the carolina website so with that in mind these are good boots for the money

Boot self destructed
They were comfortable once broken in. After wearing them 10-12 times, the leather boot part started pulling away from the sole. The seller refunded my money under a warranty claim.
