Herrlich knusprig
Die gerösteten Seealgenblätter von Bibigo haben mich besonders durch ihre angenehme Knusprigkeit überzeugt. Die Blätter sind dünn, leicht und bleiben beim Essen schön knackig, anstatt weich oder zäh zu wirken. Die einzelnen Portionen eignen sich praktisch für unterwegs, als kleiner Snack zwischendurch oder als knusprige Beilage zu Reisgerichten. Mit drei Packungen zu jeweils fünf Gramm fällt die Menge zwar eher klein aus, dafür bleibt jede Portion bis zum Öffnen frisch und knusprig. Insgesamt ein leichter, würziger und sehr knuspriger Snack, den ich gerne wieder kaufen würde.

Sehr leckerer Snack – die Algen sind dünn, knusprig und haben durch das Wasabi eine kräftige Schärfe. Für alle, die es würzig mögen, genau das Richtige. Mir gefällt besonders, dass es eine gesunde Alternative zu Chips oder anderen Knabbereien ist. Praktisch auch die kleinen Packungen – ideal für unterwegs oder zwischendurch. Fazit: Toller Snack, aber wirklich scharf – daher eher etwas für Erwachsene oder für alle, die Schärfe lieben. Klare Empfehlung!
