What's wrong with the ones others got, mine is great
After reading some reviews I wasn't sure about this one. At this point I am thinking that they may have had QC problems in the past. Right out of the box it took about five minutes to get hot and about 15 to get rid of the new electric heater smell. I have it in a 8x18 bathroom and can feel the warmth 7 feet away. I took half an hour to warm the room up an hour later adjusted the temperature down to keep it from running us out of the room.

Barely any heat output
Does not have as much heat output as it should. It’s a nice and convenient heater, but if you are not within 2 feet of it, you can’t feel the heat.

Use for wood kiln
Used for a small homemade wood kiln. Reaching adequate temp required.

Good product, easy to use and works great.
This product works great! Good bang for your buck if you are looking to heat a small room. Im currently using this to heat a one car garage in the middle of an Alberta winter and its able to keep me warm while working! Would definitely recommend this heater.
