I have been taking this nerve support supplement since November 2024 consistently. As you get older, seems to me like your nervous system needs a bit more love and attention. That can come from the compilation in this supplement together with a broad spectrum of B vitamins. I would have to say that it is indeed helpful in a nutritional regiment if your nervous system needs support ( with ALA and it's synergistic composition) or if you think that you want to age smoothly with no major issues, pain or other issues in your extremities.

Let me be clear before I take any supplement or over the counter medication. I check with my mayo clinic, Dr. I have neuropathy in my feet I have never had it until I started taking a medication called CellCept after my double organ transplant. My neuropathy after just a few months of taking my CellCept was so bad I hobbled there is a prescription out there that was recommended to me and after reading the side effects, I declined however, I did my research and brought this product to my doctor. It is not an instantaneous fix. It took about three months of taking it religiously in the middle of that I switch to taking it at night, and it just seemed like overnight. My husband noticed my walking my gate. The pain was almost completely gone. Keep in mind if you have neuropathy, there are certain things you should avoid high sodium caffeine, so I avoid those however, by adding this supplement giving it time for my body to begin the absorption process. I am well on my way back to feeling like I did prior to my transplant medication. As with any supplement or over-the-counter or even drug you need to talk to your doctor. If you don’t, you’re essentially putting your health at risk while I recommend this product please take it to your doctor and find out if it will work for you.

The product seems to be working, as I believe my neuropathy pain has diminished significantly since I've been taking this for a few months now.

Too early for me to tell, but I’m optimistic based on other reviews. Anyone else notice an odd smell to their urine with use of the product? I’ve made no other supplement changes and noticed this immediately.

I usually read reviews but not leave them. I’ve purchased 3 bottles of this and it works wonders for my sciatic nerve pain. It took a couple of weeks before I noticed but I no longer have sciatic nerve pain. After I run out and it’s been longer than a week the pain definitely returns. So I’ll continue to use

Works well for peripheral nerve pain because it has the highest concentration of ALA(alpha lipoic acid) that I've seen on OTC meds. That is the compound responsible for re-myelinating the affected nerves, even higher than the level in the pills my podiatrist prescribed for my foot neuropathy. My foot started feeling better with less tingling after 3 weeks. I will continue to use this product.

Didn't feel a difference, if anything I felt bloated like a big water balloon

Wow was blown away with the formula,but disappointed as N/A at the moment Acellent product and best forula,noticed the difference.

I used last year one botal. It's work or no. I didn't realised. Some changes came. Since one year passed. Still I have neuropathy and weakness because of diabetes. I was searching for neuro support formula. It's not cost much than others. Maybe I try more. Maybe get better
