I have been regularly purchasing Happilo Whole Cashews from the Amazon marketplace and was previously satisfied with the quality. Earlier, the pack contained approximately 75% whole cashews, with the remaining quantity consisting of halves and quarters. However, the quality of the recent delivery is disappointing. Only around 40–50% of the cashews are whole, while the rest consists largely of broken pieces, small fragments, and powder-like choora. This is not what I expect from a product labelled and priced as “Whole Cashews.” The quality appears to have deteriorated significantly compared with my earlier purchases. Happilo should maintain consistent quality and ensure proper inspection before dispatch. I hope the company reviews its sourcing and packaging standards and improves the product in future.
