Very good. Durable machine. But be careful with its cord at handle end. My 1st got twisted/pulled off. So I got it soldered back. For added protection vs getting twisted/pulled off. I simply taped it down so my twisting turning using it won't twist off its cord. Pls see pix.

We have this at our facility for our therapist to use on our residents. Its light mode is easy enough for elderly people with frail bodies and can move to a higher mode for younger, more muscley people like our staff. I loved ot so much at.work I had to buy one for home!! My 20 year old daughter came home from college complaining that her back hurt from bowling with friends the night before. I pulled out my Viktor Jurgen Back Massager and she loved it, she didn't want to get up off the bed. It almost put her to sleep. She said it wasn't too hard on her back and didn't hurt. The dual heads were nice because I could go right down her spine and catch the tense muscles on both sides. When she was done she no longer had any knots in her back. She was amazed! And its so light and easy to use i can use it on my own back. Best purchase I've made for myself in a long time!

The third time I used this, the cord connecting to the head of the machine frayed and it stopped working. The cord is quite long, and I was using it within three feet of the plug-in so I was not pulling on it. I was quite surprised and disappointed. I hardly used it, and the cord broke after the return date. Now I have to look for another massager and hopefully won't get a lemon again.This company really surprised me when they contacted me and replaced my massager with a new one! I have been using this one and no problems. I bought this one to replace my husband's homedics massager we had for at least 6 years, I caught the cord with my vacuum cleaner and we had to bury it. This massager is not as powerful as our old one, but I also bought another homedics which turned out to be not as powerful as our first one either. This massager is good for me to use as it's not too rough for me! I like it and this company went above and beyond to help me and I thank them for that!!

Out of 3 I have bought in the past year, this has worked the best for my needs. Good percussion, very strong motor than won't slow down when you apply a little force for the deep tissue aspect, but still the slide on cups will come off if you move the unit back and forth. The slide swith is placed in a great location as to not be slide during use, and the same with the on/off slide swicth. The head is larger and heavier than others I have bought, but it must be for room for a much better motor.I use it for my wifes legs at night to calm restless leg from nephropathy. It works best from all the others I have bought, and even paid more money for. It's very solid and has the long cord we needed so as not to have to use an extension cord from the wall to the bed.

I got this because I hold all of my tension in my neck and shoulders, and rubbing them myself just wasn't cutting it. Since I can't see a masseuse during quarantine I decided to try this product as a temporary fix.Very pleased with this purchase. It's larger than I expected, but that makes it easier to hold onto or lean on depending on the area needing worked on.The 3 different detachable "heads" for the main contact points are varied enough that you can tell the difference between them and also make it multi-purpose for areas besides the back. The one with 3 nubs hurts when I rub my knees, but the other two are perfect for it.Regarding locations besides the back: I have restless leg syndrome and sometimes this causes intense pain in my joints (mostly my knees). I happened to have some bad pain the day this arrived and was able to massage away the majority of the pain while sitting and watching TV.Overall I'm giving this a 5/5 because it gives better back rubs than any boyfriend ever has. LOL

It works well for the price. I've used higher quality percussion massagers, but they were also significantly more expensive. Initially, I had no complaints, but over time it just kept getting louder and louder to where, now, I use it less often ... only when my neck is really bothering me ... because the sound is quite annoying. It still works the same, but I wonder for how much longer. Clearly there is something loosening up inside or perhaps a padding that has worn out. I considered taking it apart to try an fix it, but it became clear it might be hard to reassemble. Maybe I'll give it a try once it becomes completely unusable. I've had it for 9 or 10 months and use it sporadically ... generally on my neck. I'll give it 3 stars because it does what it's supposed to and I'll probably end up getting about a year out of it, which is not too bad for the price.

Package arrived on time. Item was not in any extra packaging so do not expect a Prine box or any other corrugated shipment box. Upon opening this handheld massager seems quite larger than most adaptations. Package comes with a 100 day no worries gaurentee. Inside you will find a small poly bag with interchangeable head attachments. The motor is very powerful and sound is relatively moderate for this type of device.Safety pamphlet does warn not to use the massager in an area for more than 3 minutes consecutively and no more than 15 minutes per area.After using the device for the first time I am glad to say that this was an excellent purchase. The broadness of the head allows for grip of both sides of muscles, arms legs etc.Pricing was below average of massagers of this type. Quality so far seems to be exceeding.Overall I would give this item a high positive review and would recommend.

Husband and I are both over 60 and have back problems including sciatica. We go to the chiropractor who uses a "thumper" machine like this to loosen and relax our muscles before adjusting our spines. At times it does hurt a little, depending on how tight the muscles are, but if you can bear the discomfort for a little time, the adjustment is more effective.We asked about the "thumper" machine for home and she said it was a good idea. Shopped around, read lots of reviews, and because of the price and high recommendations, we decided to purchase this machine. It works great. We don't see or feel any difference between this low priced machine and the expensive one used by our doctor. For me in particular, I have a lot of tension in my shoulders and between my shoulder blades. Though a bit painful, after a few minutes the relief is quite astonishing.I would give it 5 stars for "easy to hold" but if you have arthritis is your hand, it can be challenging after about 10 minutes of holding the machine. Still, 10 minutes of "thumping" provides great relief and is well worth the pain in the hand and the money spent.

Ein tolles Massagegerät, das recht schwer, aber trotzdem sehr gut in der Hand liegt.Es war schnell da und wirklich gut verpackt. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Aufsätze: Einen etwas weicheren Silikonaufsatz, einen härteren Aufsatz und einen harten, spitzen Aufsatz. Die Einstellung der Geschwindigkeit ist stufenlos einstellbar. Die Bedienung ist intuitiv, es gibt aber natürlich auch eine Bedienungsanleitung, die alles erklärt.Stecker in die Dose und es geht los. Das Kabel ist ausreichend lang. Das Gerät liegt gut in der Hand und ist von der Gewichtung her so verbaut, dass man es am unteren Teil der Halterung gut halten und einfach auflegen kann. Wer es allerdings noch kräftiger mag, muss mit eigener Kraft nachhelfen, das schälert das Wohlbefinden etwas. Die Muskeln werden aber immer ordentlich durchgeschüttelt und es tut wirklich wirklich gut.Ich find es total super und kann es jedem Empfehlen, der auf die schnelle eine kleine Muskelentspannung gebrauchen kann.
