A book to get food basics back & melt the guilt flab off your belly in the Post-Covid era
‘The Don’t Diet Plan’ by Kavita Devgan is a Post-Covid era diet solution to get food basics back and melt the guilt flab off your belly. The underlying thread of having a patient approach for results coupled with portion control exists in her earlier trilogy too. But this quad offering differs because it is written in an era where dietary and lifestyle changes are causing visible and invisible collateral damage to our lives and her Non-Dieting plan can help fix this.

Losing the extra inches stress free
A well written and well researched guide for healthy living. The author finely detailed how the intake of adequate amount of food from the right source paired with regular exercise and positive attitude not only helps one to lose the extra inches but also remain healthy and stress free. Written in layman's language, a reader can easily understand the working of human body.Detoxing body through the intake of high fibre food, citrus fruits and green tea is something that I adapted and found favourable results.

Go For It
“IT IS HEALTH THAT IS REAL WEALTH AND NOT PIECES OF GOLD AND SILVER”. The line as stated above bears logical relevance to the book at hand and tends to be one of the vital virtues of life and that being taking care of one’s health and in the same aspect the aspect of a proper diet holds material importance and one of the saddening trend being the prevalence of unmindful diet plans ridden with sheer lack of uniformity which poses a greater danger and the same is addressed in the book.

Lucid, a must read, truly guides you
I have read many books on diet, correct eating, approaching food with different mindset, but none actually provide solutions like this one.No case studies or unnecessary client experiences which give little insight to the reader. This book is lucid, easy to understand and really bursts lot of myths. Easily doable hacks, tips which can be easily followed help a lot. Kavita devgan definitely helps in changing our mindset and attitude towards food, our approach to our habits ... All in all, a must read for those who wish to change their eating habits and shed kilos without suffering in the process.

Focuses on healthy diet alterations and sounds pretty effective
The Don't Diet Plan by Kavita Devgan focuses on little changes in our plate which in turn promise a better health along with remarkable weight loss.It highlights on how a slight alteration/addition on the dining table can give great results in the long run.The book dedicates individual chapters to various aspects like detox, protein intake, balance diet, etc., bursting several myths about fad diets and supplements, that are unfortunately stressing people out more and more rather than providing better results.I appreciate her approach to a healthier diet with foods easily available in our kitchen, and not in those fancy imported grocery stores that can burn a hole in one's pocket. She encourages the reader to emphasize more on healthy eating than fad diets. Devgan has picked feasible and healthy options for a balanced and tasteful diet for readers of all genders and built. I have always fretted lifestyle books and magazines focusing on weight loss because they suggest bland diets and extreme lifestyle changes.
