Find it online, and download. You can also contact the manufacturer for a hard copy. Either way, you'll find the booklet less than ideal, and you'll learn more from the Facebook air-fryer page, and by trial and error.

Q: What is the interior made from? i see it the lid is bpa free, but what about the bowl and other food contact parts?

The interior is made from non-stick ceramic coating

Q: Is this machine large enough to cook a whole chicken?

The 1363 is much deeper than the 1163, but I don't think a whole chicken would fit. I'm not sure of any air fryer that could cook a whole chicken, as I have owned most of them. The 1363 is the best air fryer on the market IMO. I've owned the 1163 for 3 years (used every day), and just replaced it because I wanted something larger.

Q: i want to buy one but electric in egypt is 50/60 hrz i need aconfirmation that its 50/60 hrz ?

mine says 60 only. not 50/60. 50 might affect the fan speed, possibly the temp sensor, but doesn't seem to have much electronics in this machine, just fan, heater coil, thermostat, etc. Timer is external and not connected to anything.
