Great size, I’m 5”6 and have plenty of room either end. Perfect for floor exercises! Comes with a strap so you can roll it up and easily store away.

Large soft mat
Love the straps to carry and store the mat when not in use. it is a great big size but far softer than anticipated. This makes it easy to roll up but also prone to damage.If you work in a carpeted room this is not your best solution but of you look for something to cushion a workout on hard flooring this is an economic option.
