Perfect for my use and need

Great product but came with stripped screw
The media could not be loaded. Worked like a charm, until the wheel came loose. I thought it was supposed to be that way, maybe, until it started crunching glass. I started watching videos to see what I was doing wrong and finally realized it wasn't me. Slow learner? maybe, but instructions on how to use and how you need to use them for a while and then loosen and turn the wheels after a while would have alerted me to the problem right away. Now I don't know if the screw is stripped or the hole is wonky and I could have returned them right away. I got took, kind of. They don't come with a wrench either.

Did the job
Used for mosaics, breaking tile. Had to adjust often. The adjuster screw is just about stripped so the longevity of these is not so great.

They work!
Was a little hesitant. But really did not want to pay the huge amounts at local stores. Installing a glass tile backsplash in my kitchen. 17 feet of total counter space. Lots of outlets, and edges to fill in with smaller pieces. And these performed. Not one single issue. I am an older female, and have never used glass nippers before. Now I am brave enough to do the area around the bath sink. Love how the tile turned out, and how easy these are to use.

They work great for small glass tiles.
Great cutter for small glass tiles. It works great on these with almost no chipping. Sturdy steel handles with a comfortable rubber overmold. The only odd thing about them is they are stamped "DROPFORED" which I think in chingrish for Drop Forged.Overall great value for the money. I would buy again if I lost these.

Not calibrated correctly
I wanted to use this to cut 3mm glass for fusing, but it is set too wide to cut the glass. I didn’t use it right away and by the time I did, it was too late to return. I’m going to try another brand.

Use it for stain gladd
I am not the best glass cutter when doing my stainglass projects. These have helped me so much, I have started doing glass on glass mosaics and they help me make interesting patterns
