Okay product
I have received the product in due time and so far it works as expected. However, there was no product notice included in the pack...

Great for me, but not perfect.
So just to start I'd have to say this is exactly what I was looking for, however after a few days use I can see how this wouldn't be for everyone.Firstly if you like your juice to be smooth, this isn't the one. You will find that small amounts of pulp are in the finished juice. Yes you can sieve the finished product to obtain a smooth finished product and that's fine, I'm perfectly happy with the bits. I've tested it with apple, oranges, grapefruit and carrot and the bits are in everything regardless of the fruit softness/hardness.Putting together and taking apart is easy. The only issue with cleaning has been the end nozzle that the pulp comes out of. It blocks without anything to push it out so at the end of the juicing session you need a little straw to poke out the last of the pulp. A metal straw works perfectly. It extracts a lot of juice, so can't fault it there. But I'd maybe suggest looking for recipes online if you want ideas. The books don't give guidance on what type of fruits are for the soft or hard settings (tho it's not hard to guess) and the recipe book has obviously been translated from another language into English as there are issues lost in translation. So if you don't mind juice with some little pulpy bits in it - go for it.

Good & simple to use
I use it from few years. Recently I got it for my friend's Birthday and he is happy with it. I do use it every day. Simple to use and clean.

Excellent Juicer
I was expecting the juicer to be slower than my previous centrifugal juicer but there's really hardly any difference and a masticating juicer is much better for keeping the heat level low and extracting the most juice. When chopping my celery ( yes, the celery diet ) I had a job to keep up with it and had to turn it off to let me catch up ! I've been using it daily for a couple of months and have only one complaint - it's cheaper now than when I bought it ( March 2023 ). I have no hesitation in recommending the juicer.

Just what I wanted
After much research I settled on this juicer, I knew I wanted a masticating juicer but some of them were way too expensive. This one seemed one of the best for the price and the reviews were good.On first opening it I was a bit worried there was too many parts to it, it'd be complicated to put together and take apart, but couldn't be further from the truth!Once you've done the first run through it's incredibly simple to setup, take apart and wash. Also I'd read they take a lot longer than the centrafugal juicers which yes they do but if you're comparing them they're not much slower and you really feel like your getting more of the juicy goodness out of the fruit with this machine. It's all about the time you have to make your juice, if you have 5 minutes in a morning to whip one up before work, then this isn't the one for you. But if you're like me and you have the time, because you will need to chop and peel most of the fruit before you put it through the machine then this is a fantastic choice.I love all the process of juicing anyway, it's not just how quick I can get it done, and it fascinates me watching the pulp come out of the end tube.I would say watch when doing too many soft fruit in this juicer it tends to clog it up and works much better with hard fruit, but that's just minor detail and if you alternate between hard and soft it works betterCleaning is really easy, it comes with a little brush which works great. However I would say it could do with a cleaning tool that helps clean the pulp nozzle out because the last of the pulp gets stuck in there.Overall, for the price the ease of use and taste of the juices you get from this machine definitely a good buy, really pleased with my juicer.

Much better than centrifugal juicer
I have owned a couple of juicers in the past. Both of them were respected brands and both were centrifugal juicers. However, they would just create a slushy mess and would extract barely half of the juice. This Aumate juicer is a macerator. It basically employs a corkscrew design to squeeze and crush the fruit, thus extracting the maximum amount of juice. The pulp comes out fairly dry with minimum amount of liquid present. I would say this juicer extracts about 80% of the juice from the oranges. I don't throw away the dry pulp. I use as it as fertiliser in my garden. I have been using htis unit for 6 weeks and overall I am very happy with this juicer. BTW, freshly squeezed orange juice tastes significantly batter than shop bought orange 'juice' (which is just watered down juice).

Downtube could be wider but love it overall
I like this overall as it's simple to use, reasonably quiet and easy to clean. In use I find the downtube too narrow, causing things to get stuck/jammed more often than I would like to. Pushing down on the food with the plunger causes the horizontal part to flex which I find a little concerning. Also it would be great to have a larger jug to receive the juice as I almost always produce just a little more than the size of the jug when following recipes online. These are just minor irritations as the juices are great and I'm even using the pulp in omelettes, veggie burgers and various rice dishes.
