For the price compared to the niteangel chamber of the same size this is a good value. It's very sizable for a syrian hamster and as you can see it's definitely helping her to burrow! She likes it a lot and I love that. I appreciate the cute little pumice blocks for providing extra enrichment although this will add height to your chamber when you're placing it on top of high bedding; for me that isn't a big issue because I already planned on placing a coco fiber container of the same height on this. I managed to fit 11 inches of bedding under this chamber in a 20 inch high enclosure. My only issues with this item was the fact that you can see the holes used to nail it together and there were two nails that weren't fully hammered in I could feel with my finger. I doubt they would be able to hurt my hamster as they were literally just the very surface of the nail but just to be safe I had to hammer them in a little so they weren't exposed at all. Other than that all is good. I also really liked the colors of beads I got on the pumice block chain, I think it's randomly selected and I just happened to get purple, pink, and brown which matches my enclosure:) I'm happy overall and would reccomend this for people who want a big multi chamber hut for a syrian on a budget.

This hamster house is BIG, so my Syrian Hamster has enough room to wander around inside. It's a fair price, & you can't find houses like this at the pet stores so I'm very happy to have found this on Amazon. My Hamster LOVES his new home, he sleeps in it every night! The product had NO DEFECTS, good quality, just BE CAREFUL when you put this together. It slides together & is a VERY TIGHT FIT, so do it right the first time otherwise if you try to take it apart you might break it.

We just had hamster babies on accident, bought this the day before delivery and she’s been hiding in here with her babies since. When she wants to come out to eat, she peeks her head out the top, super cute and worth the money.

This means is a great size for a Syrian hamster. The material is decent quality. That being said the one I received was clearly used and in crappy condition. The maze box it’s fine, but the top was broken and the little two blocks that hang between the posts was used. That’s nasty. I should’ve known when I opened the Amazon box and the inside box had a half peeled off mailing label. Don’t know why a company would do this. I won’t return it because I really only one of the maze part, but just poor poor customer care.

Both of our hamsters love this thing. Bigger than I thought it was going to be. Well made. Good weight to it. Easy for them to get through the holes. Definitely recommend.

Product came exactly as described. It’s actually bigger than I was expecting which is a nice surprise. I love how it came with extra nails for the toy on top and a little screwdriver to help put them in. I also enjoyed how the stones were each individually wrapped. Very easy to put together and my gerbil is enjoying it a lot!

This was a lot bigger than I expected! Perfect size for Syrian hamster. Assembled in a minute. Very good quality and value for the money.
