No. They will not fit. They are tiny. Two of them together will not fit a 20.8 tire. No where near wide enough either.

Check your tire size again. I own the same model and mine are 4.10 x 6

Q: will these chains fit ariens 13x5-6 snow blower tires?

They should. In the description I think what there getting at is it is a 13" tall tire 5" wide with a 6" rim. It should probably read 13x5.00x6 not 13x500x6
