Video quality seems to be good from my very limited testing. But the big downer is the setout tool didn't work for me. The package did not come with the tool and I had to download it from the internet. The instructions say it only works in Windows 7, but it didn't work for me at all in Windows 10 and Windows 7. Windows 7 recognizes the device and installs the drivers, but the "setout" button is always disabled. Bummer.

Takes decent quality video but you need to search for it on YouTube & watch user videos to find out how to actually work the device. The included instructions are worse than useless. Would be better if it had some sort of haptic feedback rather than the blinking light for mode changes, recording on/off, etc. Perhaps a bit overpriced, but does what it's supposed to do.

I have bought this product 2years back. I had some initial issues with the camera. but by studying more about the camera I have learned how to operate the camera without any issues. set out tool works perfectly with the camera which u have to download from the internet. but it works only with Windows 7. perfect no issues at all. the video quality is the best among the spy video cameras. real 1920p by 1080p.no cheating. I want to buy another one but unfortunately, it is not available now.if u have one be patient. try to reset the camera if u have a problem.this is the best camera I ever had.

does not work... at then to top it off, after many failed attempts to get it to work, the charging port broke off... the ACTUAL port on the inside of the device itself... so now i cant even charge or connect it at all.

I bought this and put it aside. I went to use it months later and the plug socket for the club was missing the metal clip to hold it in. It is worthless now. I saw the product support was only for 2 months. I'm out of luck. Paid all that money for nothing.

the camera is very good ... the image is very sharp and the material is very solid.recording is very easy although the led light is not discreet ... I rated this camera with three stars because it can not be set up and take advantage of all the functions it has. The software does not work even with windows 7.That's why I decided to return it.

The image quality is quite good. But I was having trouble charging the device. I thought it was the cable, but then in less than 6 months the part of the device that connects to the charging cable fell into the device itself and I cannot plug the cable into the device anymore. I think that may have been the issue all along.

There was nothing to return. .didn’t receive any product, just an empty box.Update: while waiting for my refund on the empty package, purchased again and this time received some product. Too bad I️ can’t change any settings to adjust for lighting, motion detect, ect. Stick with th 23 dollar model, this was a mistake.
