Product Deterioration
I have been using this product since it was called the Geezer Squeezer by the original developer. I have depended on it to carry me through my daily activities. My most recent purchase exhibits a severe deterioration of the foam material after only three uses. Usually they can last about 3 months, sometime a bit more. Will try to get replacements and hope for better material durability. Would hate to go to the cunningham device.Their address:Life Control, LLC109 Deer Haven Dr.Ponte Vedra, FL 32082

One-Hand operation
This is the only clamp I have used that allows easy one-hand operation, which is a pretty big deal. It eliminates fumbling, dribbling all over your hand, spraying the room, dropping it in the toilet, etc. You can release the pressure and then reclamp without even removing it. Nice. The only problem is that replacement pads aren't available. At a hundred bucks a pop for the device, pads should be available. I have searched for foam that approximates the original, and now I make my own. Shouldn't have to do that.

Works
For my MS brothers dealing with bladder trouble/spasms this product works good and has adjustments to work with in different scenarios. It takes time to get things adjusted and become familiar with how to use this item in different environments. Be patient, its worth the money and the sense of confidence I got back feels good.

The Gyrs Squeezer Klip Incontinence Control
This rating was used because the Squeezer did not work at all. What a waste of money. And it's non returnable. My husband followed the directions completely. The device doesn't open but rather slips off the end. My husband has had a prostatectomy and the penis shrinks when he is sitting. The problem is that the device is too long and his thighs upll the device over the ends. If the device was 1 1/2" long rather than its 2 1/2" in length and if there were size adjustments on both ends it would probably work. My husband is not fat. Your internet ad had a picture but did not give dimensions.

Change in quality.
I was one of the first people in the country to use this product. There were two old guys (I think they called themselves the geezers.) who invented this product. I gave them feedback for a couple of years as they improved the design. I have been using it for years with no problem. Then the old guys sold the patent to a company in Florida. It was the best product (and still is) on the market, but over the past year or so they have done something that changed the quality. The foam on top starts to squeeze out the side and it limits the life of the product. That never happened before. You have to keep tightening it to the point that it becomes uncomfortable. Having said that, I have tried every other product offered and none of them work as well ... some not at all. I would complain to the company, but I am not sure who makes this product because the company has about fifty LLC's and no website that I can find. If someone knows I would appreciate hearing from you.

The Squeezer Incontinence Klip is the best design of all incontinent clips because it has a ...
The Squeezer Incontinence Klip is the best design of all incontinent clips because it has a notch in the upper portion of the foam which fits over the dorsal vein of the penis thus allowing an uninterrupted flow of blood to the penis. Other clips cut off the blood supply to the penis and cause pain as a result. Unfortunately, the manufacturer (GYRX) changed the design of the clip a couple of years ago making a larger hinge which is more bulky and not nearly as good of a design as they used previously. Still,it is the best design on the market right now. These clips are expensive (currently selling for $99 each) and the company does not sell replacement foam which would lower the cost of ownership.Dr. H. A. Sloas

The New Foam is Terrible
I have been using this Squeezer Clamp for many years with fair satisfaction (better than many other worse designs), but it seems that last ones I got in November have a different type of foam (it looks white instead of yellowish, when new). Finally used one of them this week and within 4 days, the foam has lost its shape, resulting in poor leakage control at all settings.Am attaching a picture of the one with only 4 days use (on the left) with a new one (on the right) to show how much of a deterioration of the foam shape happened in only 4 days of use.

It work at a 95% effectivness.
Would recommend it. Be sure to make the right adjustment. No longer using water-proof underwear to keep from getting wet.
