Works well for price, does anyone have any research proving this is healthy and safe to use ? It has alot of plastic

I love this little individual sauna. The FIRS direct heat does not heat up the rest of the room it is in nor do I have excess moisture from steam; I like the dry heat that feels targeted at me. I have been using this 3x/week for 30 minutes per session and absolutely love it. It gets plenty hot for me. I bought a bamboo stool as I read other reviews about how uncomfortable the chair was, but I found the opposite and prefer the chair that came with the sauna, although it is low to the ground and I definitely have to plan for standing up with my old/fat knees. Putting the sauna together was a 2-person job, but it is so light-weight, it was very easy to put into place after assembled. I have been having difficulty with setting the remote control to increase/decrease the time, but I'm guessing I didn't read the instructions well enough. I am shocked every time I get out how my body aches/pains are alleviated. I know there is disputed information on weight loss with saunas, but I have lost 7 pounds in the 3 weeks I have been using the sauna compared to ~5 pounds in previous 3-week periods of time. I am definitely sleeping better and my fitness tracker has reported an increase in how quickly I fall asleep on sauna days.

Me encanta. Justo lo que buscaba. Lo dejo calentar 10 min en lo que me preparo y luego de entrar, en 5 min, ya estoy sudando increíble. El espacio interior es reducido pero suficiente incluso para una persona alta y tiene la ventaja de que se puede colocar en habitaciones pequeñas. Además es muy fácil de armar, lo hice yo sola en media hora. Por supuesto se los recomiendo.

No funciona y no se han hecho cargo

The first two times I used it I used the chair, it gets hot and you sweat alot, I made a bench ((£20 on some cladding some wood glue, 3" by 2" for the legs, im going to shorten the legs by 3") I'm 5ft 6" and there's about 2" spare. You can lay it down or stand it up its light as a feather, I've just done 20 mins and that was enough I'll gradually build up it heated to 46⁰ but a plan on draping one of those silver foil/plastic sheets over the top to increase the temp as its cold outside of the tent, alxo to get a separate gauge to doubl check the temp. im looking to use it 3 times a week try build up to 45 min sessions.
