It’s NOT glowing
Nothing. At all. Useless. I covered clock numbers for visibility at night. Multiple coats. No effect.

but it's easy to use
It needs to be applied thickly in order to glow brightly, but it's easy to use, easy to wash out of brushes, and it glows quite well!

Not the glowiest
It's apparently difficult to make a paint that truly glows brightly in the dark. This one tries hard, but you really have to layer it on heavily over a white or light background for it to be effective. I was hoping to incorporate this into acrylic paintings, but it might be better suited for painting toys, etc. It does also have a somewhat "jellier" texture than regular artist's acrylic paint.
