I purchased 4 of these humidifier units for my home this winter. They are quiet, they do not leak, and there isn't any wet/damp residue on my furniture around my operating humidifier. I like that there are 3 options for mist volume to select depending on the size of the room. I don't think this unit is as effective on its own for covering a large living room, dining area in an open concept layout, but still does a decent job. The BEST feature of this humidifier is how easy it is to clean. There are no hard-to-find or expensive filters to replace. The entire tub holding water is easy to clean/scrub down to prevent gross build up. I use this humidifier every day without fear of aerosolizing bacteria or mold from overgrowth that you can see in a typical humidifier. So many more features for this product (including very responsive customer service)! Would absolutely recommend this product!

I have been using this humidifier for over an year now. It’s very quiet and easy to clean. The 4l capacity is perfect for our needs and doesn’t require frequent refilling.Recently it stopped working and when all my efforts to fix were futile, I reached out to the product team. Their response was quick and after trying one of their suggestions, our humidifier is back up and running. Great product service and great product! Highly recommend!

For those looking at the pictures, the second one I uploaded shows the vapor pouring off the sides like dry ice. This ONLY happened for the first hour or 2, then it made the nice geyser shown in the other pictures.I hope no one decides not to buy this humidifier based off that one image...Moving on, I love it. So glad I bought the larger size with the timer! I can use it at night for 4 hrs, then turn it back on if I wake in the middle of the night or feel like getting one more hour of sleep! And I only have to put water in it every 3 or 4 days!. I did test at max output for 10hrs straight and you could do that twice, but would run out trying a third time without refilling. On low it almost uses the same amount, almost. You can get that third day though. Note the amount of water it used reduces after a couple of days.The first night it sort of flowed over the sides like a creepy movie fog for about 20-25 seconds and then would shut off for 5-10 seconds and repeat, all night. Picture included.No issues since the second use (started out like the first night, then went normal while I was sleeping), I do think the water basin is the minimum sturdiness to hold the water, as the sides flex when I pick it up after filling.The light is not noticeable at night if you rotate the humidifier 90 degrees so it is not pointed at your face. Unless there are no other light sources in your room.After it started working normally, I noticed the night stand had a light moisture coating on it, so I put a small floor mat over the top of the night stand, that I had bought to use when stepping out of the shower. I have not noticed the mat feeling damp so far, but I also only use the humidifier on low now.I will be getting a second one soon.

This was great and worked great until it stopped working. I went to turn on yesterday and it just wouldn't work anymore and yes I tried everything. And for returning it is just to much hassel especially when it would take so long for a refund which I still don't understand why. But either way I ordered a different brand was hoping to just get another one of these thinking maybe I just got a defective one but again it's just to much hassel for doing replacement or refund. Its ok though it is what it is I lost a few bucks but I'm ok with that

Have had this diffuser for nearly a year. Cleaning it is a nightmare. It is over-engineered for diffusing water. Nooks and crannies everywhere in which gunk can form and make it difficult to clean. The diffuser method is weak, it’s a small compartment on the bottom with a sponge where the oil goes. Doesn’t work all that well. The fan that blows the mist isn’t strong enough; if I don’t use a fan to push the mist it will pool on the top of the diffuser or get the floor moist next to it. There are better products out there that are easier to clean; I’ll be kicking this one to the curb after the last 1/2 hour clean out.

This little guy packs a lot of cool mist! Easy to use right out of the box. It looks sleek,, doesn't take much space and was easy to fill, no trying to flip the water container over like our last humidifier required. We noticed a difference the first night. It is so quiet you won't know it's running. Love that you can add essential oils to make it more spa like. All around winner!

This humidifier is very easy to use and has lot of nice operating features. The mist comes out almost simultaneously as the unit is turned on. Very quite is an understatement. I am sensitive to noise even at very low levels, but I don't hear any sound from this unit at all. It is also easy to clean, but requires some dismantling of several parts for proper cleaning.

I really like this thing except that if I run it on high for more than a couple days it just makes a puddle on one spot on the floor. It doesn't project the mist with enough velocity to really disperse it when it's on high.
