Excellent Support
Like reviewer G B. on 15 February 2023 I wanted to upgrade my mini-pc from windows 10 to 11. I contacted Dannie through Amazon Messaging service and within a day I received the necessary BIOS update and clear, detailed instructions to install Windows 11. The upgrade went through without any problems and I effectively have a new PC going to into the New Year. Many thanks to Dannie for excellent support, Johnk

Excellent Support
I purchased this computer in March 2022 for use as a silent home computer in our study.It has performed well but I was disappointed when I realised that it would not automatically upgrade to Windows 11. I contacted support via the Amazon web site and asked if it would be possible to install Windows 11. I had a quick response asking me to check which revision of BIOS was installed. It turned out that the BIOS needed to be updated. They supplied me with the new version and detailed instructions as to how to install it. I followed the instructions and was then able to install Windows 11.Thank You Dannie in Support for your quick responses and enabling the desired outcome.

Excellent quiet, physically small PC
This PC does what it says on the tin. It is quiet. I use it to control CCTV cameras in a remote location which has to be silent, and it does the job very well. Having Windows Remote Desktop available makes life easy. Would buy again.

We buy these panel PC’s regularly for installing into our machinery.So far they have all worked flawlessly.Very easy setup and good connectivity.

small compact industrial computer
I installed a small 250GB ssd drive and 1TB nvram drive.which I believe to be an ideal addition to the system. both drives ready to accept an OS.

perfect for the purpose i am using it for!
this little thing is fantastic for OPNsense. VLANs and interfaces are working out of the box. you can also install the RTL vendor drivers which are included as a plugin in OPNsense.Thermal Sensors are not getting higher than 40.1 °C. Really happy with this device.I have previously tried Beelink GK55 which is loud in my point of view and you could not adjust the Fans. This PC is quite but still not hot. perfect!
