Great support and comfort at a very reasonable price.
I bought one pair for cycling and found them so supporting and comfortable after a couple of weeks I bought a second pair for running in. Used them for the first time yesterday and found them just as good. I could probably have got by with one pair but thinking different actions may make them wear more. At the cost I thought two pairs was better. I would definitely recommend you try these, as I've tried quite a few and found these the best. It would be good if they did different colours though.

Mutton dressed as lamb - as low tech as it gets, and essentially of minimal benefit.
Impressed by the appearance? suggests a multi zoned support? In reality the external appearance is but window dressing for what is otherwise a very basic piece of 2 way elasticated non graduated support hose.Positives: comfortable and easy to put on. Doesn't wrinkle behind the knee.Negatives: any "support" is ultimately more psychological than physiological. Correctly measured and size selected, there is in reality negligible "support".This is a classical example of "medical" aid being sold without any validation of the claimed benefits claimed which I would contend are minimal to none, The imprinted graphics I would suggest have been specifically designed to imply functionality which simply is not there. An example of the total lack of any regulation of the medical devices industry.Beware of the lack of regulation covering such products. In this case listing just about every common mechanical knee dysfunction indicated for its use in itself speaks volumes.

Helps my knees
I've only had these knee supports for one day, but I am quite happy with them. They provide a good amount of support to my arthritic knees. I also have some neoprene (or some 'special' variant thereof) which arguably give a little more/better support, but the make my knees sweat. Ok for gym sessions but not so much for more general wear. There a bit of tendency for the top to roll down a little bit, but it's only a little and, to be honest, probably caused by my thighs being relatively big - don't know what the makers could do about that short of adding straps and suchlike, which would make them more cumbersome. I had some supports similar tho these, on the face of it, a while ago and they were much more prone to roll down, so these ones are pretty good. I am working of making the thighs a bit less fat though. :-)Fit-wise, I measured my leg and that indicated that XXL was the size for me. When they came they fitted ok, but the compression/support felt quite mild, so I returned then and go XL which are better. I would say that it depends how much compression you want. If your measurement is toward the lower end of a size and you feel like you want the thing pretty snug you might want to go down a size. So, overall, pleased with these supports.

Delighted!
I am 81 and suffer with osteoartritis in my hands, legs and feet. I had a full hip replacement on my right side in 2008 and on my left side in 2011. In early 2016 I started to feel some discomfort and pain in my left knee. I had X-rays taken on both knees on 09 May 2016 and was told by a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon that they showed "severe osteoarthritic changes, particularly in the medial compartment of the left knee with loss of joint space and almost bone on bone contact." I declined to be put on the list for surgical intervention. For over four years I have coped with the help of daily doses of Meloxicam and Paracetemol but cannot pretend that I have not suffered. I have been wearing a neoprene ProSport knee support and more recently have tried a Neo G Knee Support. Both were of some help but were not comfortable to wear for any length of time.I then discovered Rymora and Knee Support Compression Sleeves. I took delivery of a pair on 19 July and I must say that on opening the packaging the contents looked "flimsy" and I could not see how they could possibly provide the support I need. How wrong I was! In the thirteen days that I have been wearing a Rymora Compression Sleeve I have enjoyed considerably more freedom of movement, I can drive without discomfort, I am able to spend more time on my feet doing DIY jobs that need doing and, most important of all, I am enjoying long pain free walks in the New Forest with my dogs. I confess that I do use a stick and wear expensive well cushioned running shoes. Every little helps! Thank you Rymora.

Great results so far... check back for updates
I’ve had knee pain in my right knee since the beginning of the year and it suddenly got worse 2 days ago so I needed a support to help relieve the pain real quick.Package arrived next day (today) as expected. At an in between size of 46cm I ordered a size L after reading other reviews, and ordered a pair as I would always have one available while the other was in the wash.Very surprised by the effectiveness of this support. Instantly the sharp pain I was suffering became a more bearable and minor dull pain enabling me to walk around without screaming in pain.I’ve only been wearing this support for about 30 mins so it’s too early to comment on durability. It’s comfortable and a good fit. I’m now able to kick a tennis ball around the garden for my dog to fetch without painful repercussions. The knee spot of the support does not slide away as others have commented so first impressions are great. Time will tell if the supports stand the test of time.EDIT: 3 days in and I’m wearing the knee support constantly, even in bed as I’m not waking up in pain in the middle of the night. The only downside is that my hairy legs are itching, particularly over my knee cap. Will be shaving my leg in the support area tomorrow to see if things improve.EDIT 2: I shaved my hairy leg around the knee support area due to the constant itching after wearing this support day and night for the past week. What a difference! Much more comfortable now the itching has gone and the support still helps to relieve to sharp pains I was experiencing. Machine washable up to 40 degrees and after 2 washes they pair are still in good shape and fully functional.
