I've been dealing with massive dysbiosis in my lower systems for about 7 months, and it has been a nightmare. It has been resistant to treatment so I have been taking matters in my own hands and using whatever I could and I am finally making progress but it's a long game. It basically started with BV which spread to my bladder and rear end, and my stomach was a mess as well. So, I've been taking potent probiotics that target all of those systems. If you are dealing with vaginal issues you need ones for that specific area otherwise they won't help much. I've been reading about biofilm for years since I had a long road since finding out I had Chronic Lyme Disease, and anyone who has had that knows you really need to target bacteria and parasites and need to be patient. Anyway, I use so many different things but I added this to my regimen. I didn't know they had biofilm supplements which made me so happy. I'm a very sensitive person and I can feel things most others can't. After I take these I can feel it literally working on the bacteria because it will sort of flare up like it's fighting. Lol. It says on the bottle take one capsule two times a day, however, in the listing it said if you want to do a cleanse you can do about 8 to 10. It gives many warnings that you are aware that you need to start slow, and if you are going to do a cleanse it's going to be like an enema and they were not kidding. I'm not messing around, so I went up to 8 to 10 a day for several days. I could not leave my house and I was in the bathroom the whole time, but I clearly expected that. Then after a couple days of a full-on party in my bathroom, I started to back down. Then I finished the bottle by doing what they suggested with one twice a day. I can definitely tell improvement in my issues, and because it was so severe I could use another bottle. But I know this worked for me. I saw they offer another product that could help me too that I'm considering buying. Just be very careful if you're going to have the runs to be very sanitary since a lot of our issues down there is from not keeping that area clean such as wiping front to back for the ladies. All it takes is one tiny little germ to throw off everything. Since finishing the bottle I feel like I have made massive progress on my health, but It's not completely resolved yet and I will continue my daily supplements probably order more things that target biofilm. I just want to make it clear even if you do one capsule twice a day that could give you the runs, and you can't be disappointed because the manufacturer is very transparent about this and needing to start slow.

My wife has had digestive issues at various times in her life, so once she got them under control, she began taking enzymes to help keep her stomach in a good place, avoiding discomfort or gastritis. Although these pills don't have the broadest array of enzymes, the ones they have do the trick. My wife usually eats two heavier meals during the day, and she'll take an enzyme pill before each. That takes the guesswork out of what she can eat, be it spicy, heavy, etc. The enzymes allow her stomach to handle whatever she eats. These aren't the cheapest enzymes available, so if you're trying to be more budget conscious, there may be others out there that will work as well at a lower price. In fact, at $40, these are more than the ones my wife commonly buys at the local health food store (which cost $26). So, good quality and functionality, but the price isn't as competitive as some brands (nor is at as high as others, which I've seen costing as much as $50 or more for a comparable sized bottle).

Some background first: I am a 65 year old woman, I am disabled and get very little exercise, though I do try to walk more. I have constipation issues due to some medication and the lack of exercise. I also have severe acid reflux, to the point where I can sometimes throw up, but usually it is just very loud unladylike burps.I started taking these supplements one a day to go slow for me. After a week, I am feeling better. I'm no longer constipated, and I guess I needed a good cleaning. The acid reflux is under control too. Now that I feel cleaner, I am dropping down to one capsule every other day.

I’ve been trying to heal my gut and have been reading about the benefits of enzymes to do so. Incorporating these have definitely given a positive result for my body. They seem to do a good job of breaking up biofilm. I like these pills as I need only take 1 instead of 2 like from other brands.

I love these pills they keep me going regular, they keep away bloating. I just use 2 a day and they work well for me. I can sure tell when I run out.
