They are very hard to fill and they don’t come with instructions..

They are really a good deal for the price..
They are really a good deal for the price. They are a little bulky in terms of metal weights but it makes you feel like you are lifting more than you actually are. Overall it's a great deal as iron weights or other types are 1/3 more expensive and realistically these should last equally as long. Everything arrived on time and all the weights came and the box wasn't damaged.

It's really good for beginners like me!!
It stinks at first, then I opened the box and left the dumbbells in my backyard for one night. NOW I AM USING IT EVERY SINGLE DAY! It's really good for beginners like me.

Great value for weights!
They are super easy to switch out and hold well. The rubber rings on the bar and holds are still going strong that hold the weights in place.

These were perfect for doing strength training...
These were perfect for doing strength training while on a 17 day cruise ship tour. I would recommend them for anyone who needs the portability & has the space constraints of a small living area.

Great starter kit!!
Great starter kit, comes in a great compact and sturdy box for storage. I added additional weights later. I use it about 4 times a week, when I'm not at the gym and it's held up well.

Great bell set, interchangeable weights with any other decent set, comes with a great case and the build quality is nice. Got this when there was a sale and it was quite the steal.
