Visor Hats Women Sun Protection Wide Brim Straw Beach Hat Packable

I absolutely LOVE this visor way more than I thought I would! I am a former sun worshipping millennial who spent my younger years laying out in the sun. I've changed my ways and even have photosensitivity due to a medication. I wear good quality sunblock but my face is particularly sensitive to the sun and easily burns despite my SPF PA++++ efforts. This hat provides excellent coverage and even allows room for my sunglasses. I am prone to migraines, heat being one trigger. The visor style allows for my face to be protected while allowing heat to escape off my head unlike covered hats. I have a 22" head and this hat fits perfect- I can adjust it to fit loose or tight depending on my activity. I appreciate that so far, it stays at the adjustment I set it to. I had worried that the elastic adjustment wouldn't hold. I do have some sensory issues where sometimes things on my head feel too heavy or claustrophobic. I can happily report that this visor is just the right weight where it holds up to a breeze while not weighing my head down. The wide brim also is roomy without being too large where I feel like I am closed in with restricted vision. It is perfect for gardening, outdoor activities, and even working with my horses and horse related chores. Lastly, I have a weird shaped, small head and have trouble with finding hats and visors to not only fit, but also look good. I was pleasantly surprised that this visor is both functional and esthetically pleasing! 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a stylish, functional visor! This one checks all the boxes by far, superseeding my expectations.

I have been looking and looking for a visor style hat with extra wide coverage for some time. This is the best visor hat I have found. Not only is it comfortable but it allows the breeze to go through without lifting the hat off my head like the plastic or cotton ones. My head gets hot wearing the full hat style and don’t like my hair matted to my head after my walks. This visor is well designed to travel and looks great!

lightweight, adjustable strap in back, fits perfect with long front to block out sun from eyes. Love this visor, it's exactly what I was looking for. Have been wearing a sun hat, but head kept getting too hot. So with this visor, top of head is uncovered and able to breathe! Highly recommend.

EDIT: This is still a very cute hat, but be aware that the elastic in the back stretches out quickly with just regular use. If it gets wet at all, the elastic stretches out even faster. I’m trying to figure out how to mitigate this situation because the hat is still in perfect shape. Maybe a stitch or two will help. Be warned! As far as beach hats go, I have always worn one with a full brim. When lounging in the sun, that has caused problems for me comfort wise. I decided to take a chance on this hat. I liked that it has no brim in the back so I can lean back on the beach chair with ease. This purchase proved to be perfect. I have a larger head and there was ample room to adjust the hat comfortably. The brim in the front was quite large and provided protection for my face. Because there is no top, I did sunburn my scalp and had to wear a bandana scarf on my head under the hat for my remaining vacation. (It still looked cute!) I also had to be diligent with the sunscreen on my neck and ears in order not to burn since there is no back brim. Overall, I thought this hat was very cute and served the comfort purpose I was looking for. This is a win!

Well made. Cute & durable for sunny days. I like that it has an adjustable strap & rolls up of you want to bag it.

Provides great sun coverage for face and ears, while allowing me to keep my hair up out of the way. Rolls up nicely for storage or packing, and has so far held up well for a few trips to the waterpark. My only complaint is that upon unrolling to use it for the first time, the strap was barely attached to itself with the stitching. Not only would the strap have been not adjustable, but it would have likely broken entirely and been unusable the first time I put it on my head. I’m glad I noticed it before our trip and have sewing skills to quickly fix it, but it was disappointing to have it almost broken right out of the box.

I love it. It covers your face just right. Fits for different sizes, you can hold your hair in a bun while using it. Love the look, shape and texture. It’s not expensive

I love this wide brim hat! I have tried other hats on Amazon and here’s what made me keep this particular one: The back is adjustable ensuring a great fit, the brim is wide, provides more than adequate coverage, and stays curved! It was so easy to roll up and put it in my small purse. A touch pricier than comparable hats, but well worth the money.

Love it! It’s cute and big enough to give real shade without looking like a grandma. Rolls to a small log to fit in my bag and suitcase without worrying about damage.

Good quality and easy to pack

Souffrant de rosacée, je dois éviter toute exposition au soleil et protéger au maximum mon visage, ce chapeau répond parfaitement à ce besoin. Il est doté d’une large bande élastique à l’arrière, ce qui assure un bon ajustement et un excellent confort. Il tient bien en place. Une belle découverte dont je suis vraiment ravie !
