These are all really good teas and taste good. The Elderberry stress and immune support with Ashwaganda is great for when I feel like I'm getting sick and it seems to knock it out before symptoms get bad.

I love all these varieties of teas! I do like the Chai Vitality the best but that's because I love good chai and this is amazing! And the turmeric in it helps with my inflammation. I really like the Sweet Lemon and drink it on a more regular basis for general immune system health. I drink the Elderberry Lemon Balm at the first sign of a cold. It helps a lot and even shortens my sick time. And I love the flavour! I use 2 tea bags often because I like my tea strong. (Used to only drink black teas for years.) But there are many times I use one bag and the flavours of all three are still as amazing, just not as strong. Which is how a good tea should be. And they're a better value than at any stores around me.

I love Yogi teas, and like the savings on Amazon to buy in bulk the flavors I prefer. This 3 box collection was a great way to try 3 new flavors without paying supermarket prices. All three are nice. I probably enjoy the sweet lemon least and will save it for sore throats. But it is a very pleasant sweet lemon. I already liked the Honey Chai Tumeric and drink it often. But the real find for me was the elderberry variety, which I could not find in a store. I liked that one so much, I ordered the pack of six boxes. What flavors you like is a very individual thing, but this is a great way of trying new varieties.

I haven't had a cold yet. Started feeling run down started drinking the tea and ended up not getting a cold. Also like the positive energy teas as well.
