Product Defective Since Day One - Worst Service Experience!
One of the worst product and service experiences I have ever had. It has been 7 - 8 months since this product was installed at my home, and it has never worked properly since Day 1. The issues are: 1. The UV light inside the tank has never turned on. 2. The machine beeps continuously for 2–3 minutes every time it starts and shows red light. Despite raising multiple service requests, the same technician keeps visiting, does nothing to fix the problem, and marks the service request as completed without my consent. No senior technician or technical team has ever visited, even after repeated complaints. I have been following up for months, but no permanent solution has been provided. I even requested a replacement over two months ago, and there has been no response. It feels like the company is simply delaying the issue until the warranty expires, after which they can charge customers exorbitant repair costs. This is completely unacceptable. My experience with Kent RO has been extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this product think twice. Save your money, time, and peace of mind by not choosing this product.

Very bad product from Amazon
Dear Amazon Customer Support, I purchased a water purifier from Amazon, and it has developed a serious defect. The unit is leaking water profusely, making it unsafe to use. The problems are: Continuous and heavy water leakage from the purifier. The auto shut-off function is not working properly. The drain water continues to flow even when the storage tank is full. Water keeps draining even after the power is switched off. The purifier is unusable due to these defects. This appears to be a manufacturing defect. I request an immediate replacement of the product at the earliest. Earlier I had contacted Amazon customer care. They had given me the Kent customer care number. I lodged complaint but no response till now.
