Item arrived packaged in an environmentally friendly way. It has a very premium feel to it, which looks nice with my setup. It was plug and play as described, and I even tested it on my phone in which it worked too! I have 3 peripherals connected to it and as a result, it has freed up space on my laptop built-in ports. All items I have connected to it have worked full speed, including the RGB mice and keyboard. Overall very happy with the product, especially considering the price, and would recommend to anyone looking for a high speed USB hub.

Perfect with its fast connection V3.0 for your memory sticks or bluetooth but it won't work with usb camera (using an old model logitech cam) unless the cam is connected to computer's usb but this is not my point. The device works greatly and at fast rate compare to hub using simple V2.0 connection. Go for it!!! Be safe!!

This is not the first Syntech product I have, I've been happy before so when I needed a small USB hub for my Macs this was an ideal choice from a brand I was familiar with. Initially the packaging was very good, it's been designed to give the hub a bit of padding and security to ensure it gets to you in one piece, better than some items I've had from other providers. This hub fits together well, has a nice curved back to it and a short cable. It's easy to travel with if needed. What I like though is I can plug it directly into a Macbook Pro USB-C port and get 4 normal USB-A ports for a mouse, lightening cable, and storage, but when I get home I can then plug it into my iMac using the adapter to plug it into the USB-A ports on that. So really flexible. It does charge things like a phone but only slowly as its not powered and is only taking power from the single USB port on the computer. In some ways that is a bit of a limitation, but if it had a charger and the extra circuits to allow for faster charging I'd imagine it would be bigger and not as good for travelling. So overall I prefer this compact device. So overall its well made, compact for travel and flexible for different devices, both USB-A and USB-C. I've only had it a week, but if I ever needed another little hub I'd go for this one again.

This is a good starter adapter but I think if you need more things like HDMI port, sd card slot then look for a different one. I got this after buying a macbook and realising that there's zero USB ports on it! The adapter was perfect and worked straight away. It's lightweight and fits nicely in my laptop bag. I've had it for about 3 months now, and no issues at all but I've since replaced it for a 9 in 1 adapter as my needs have now changed and I need a variety of ports. Definitely a good buy!

When the need arose for a multi usb hub for my MacBook Pro I had no worries ordering this Syntech item as I have several of their other products. I use it mostly to connect my USB 3.0 linked music hardware to my MacBook which has the USB-C connection. The additional USB3.0 to USB-C connector allows me to connect my phone to the hub and therefore my MacBook at the same time. It will also enable me to still use this hub when I buy another piece of hardware that has a USB-C connection. It’s important these hubs are not bulky near the connector as I still need to be able to charge my MacBook at the same time. The product is very lightweight and I have no worries as to it’s ability to withstand daily use. The cable is long enough not to dangle at the side and short enough that it is not getting tangled up with the hardware. It’s important to note that you cannot charge items from this hub as it is for data transmission and does not support fast charging. At most you can charge a mobile but it is very slowly which is confirmed in the little booklet that is enclosed. I’ve attached some pictures of the box, the booklet and how it looks attached to the MacBook.

Works really well. Allows me to use my memory stick, mouse and keyboard all at the same time. Folds away nicely when I'm not using it and can store easily in my bag when I'm taking it to and from the office.

As a person whose computer has only USB-C ports, and owns a lot of USB-A storage devices, I sometimes need to be able to plug in multiple devices. I've had the best results with the Syntech hub, which has four USB-A ports that can be plugged into a single USB-C port. And if you have a USB-A port on your computer or other devices, it comes with an adaptor that allows it to plug in to that. I've had good overall experiences with Syntech - I've bought multiple hubs and adaptors from them, and each one has been satisfactory and long-lasting. If you're wondering why I've bought more than one, it's because I keep losing them. Problems? Occasionally a flash drive plugged into one of the ports won't show up. Just take it out, blow some compressed air on the drive and ports, and try plugging it in again. If that doesn't work, try another port.

Si tratta di un oggetto dalla componentistica molto semplice quindi difficile essere particolarmente contenti o scontenti. Fa il suo lavoro attaccato al PC le porte hanno subito funzionato . È arrivato come indicato in un giorno. Quindi direi tutto conforme a quanto indicato.buon prodotto

One of the ports won’t accept a USB plug. The other 4 are fine. I’m not happy about it but I also don’t need all the connections, so I’m not going to quibble. Decent but definitely not perfect.
