Very nice chair sturdy and well constructed. Adjustment heights are perfect for my needs. Cushion is thick and very comfortable and the wheels roll very smoothly. I contacted seller to help with a problem and they handled it quickly and effectively. Customer service is the very best anyone could ask for.

Great stool. Very comfortable and rolls very easy on my concrete floor. Feels very sturdy. I'm 6 ft 300lbs and it feels very stable and I have no fear of it breaking. Comes with all the hardware and tools required to assemble but I used my drill to speed up the process.

Easy to assemble, heavy duty, great fabric and stitching is attractive. Wheels roll very easy. Might be hard for short people to get on in the low position.

I provided a picture, and they sent a new stool, said keep the original stool. They noted that the original stool can still be used as a stationary stool by removing the wheels. I like the feel of stool and it was serving my needs well. The full height of the seat is too high to get on with wheels,The 3 point spot weld on the wheel socket could be better designed to reduce the risk of any of the welds not holding.Thank you CoVibrant for reaching out to me and assisting with resolving my issue.

So I bought this stool because the one I currently own has no backrest, causing me back pain. When I first bought this stool, I didn't notice the different heights and purchased the wrong one. I contacted the seller, and they sent me a new gas cylinder with the correct height at no extra charge. They also sent me a video on how to remove the original gas cylinder and replace it. I was able to do this with no problem. Now the stool is the a better height. Also the stool is very sturdy and doesn't feel cheap.If I could change something, it would be the backrest. I wish this part of the stool was more flexible and not so rigid. It is in the right spot, but my butt isn't always fully on the seat because it is so close to my back. But overall I am fine with my purchase.update my Review 11/09This stool has many flaws because the backrest isn't in a good position I am actually straining to stay on the seat which makes my body tense. I took the backrest off but that defeats the reason why I bought the stool. Without the backrest is is even more uncomfortable. Also, I realized that the cushion in the seat must be foam or something. It leaves an imprint of where your butt sits and keeps that imprint. I am sure after a while it flattens the seat. I can't return it now, oh well.

From box to completely assembled in less than 30 minutes. The parts are extremely high quality. The look is beautiful. My issues are with my hips and knees which are incredibly painful. As a partially disabled single senior taking care of himself, this chair and it's ease in rolling from one area to another effortlessly is precisely what I was looking for. I use it exclusively to move about my kitchen from refrigerator to air fryer to stove to storage cabinets. I am able to easily assemble meals, cook them, wash dishes, put them away. I could not be happier.March 2025 revision: Purchased July 2023 so it's 1 1/2 yrs later. At 290 lbs I ordered this chair from the "heavy duty " search. I tolerated the gradual forward tilt of the seat at about 4 months. To prevent sliding off I two side taped a cloth hand towel to better grip my rear end. Right up to the last few months I still slid a little and constant readjustment was often. After 9 months the wheels stopped rolling as effortlessly as I would like but were quite functional so no complaint there. I ordered new roller blade wheels nevertheless and they are super slippery to this day!. Yesterday the wheel housing collapsed completely on one wheel and partially on another. I need a new chair. I almost broke my neck when the bent housing occurred suddenly. In all fairness I believe a much lighter weight individual would love this chair as I did in my original review.
